It seems to me like you haven't read the manual, as you accelerated to 45 at Wimbledon when the front passed the board. Here's how the manual explained speed limits: Speed Limits LUL have their own rules, but also have to obey National Rail (NR) rules in relevant sections of the District. LUL speed limit boards are Black bordered white roundels with the speed limit printed in black numbers. Conversely the NR speed boards are Red bordered white roundels with the speed limit printed in black numbers. The big difference is that the speed on LUL boards applies when the FRONT of the train passes the board regardless of whether it is an increase or decrease of the prior limit; whereas NR increase-of-speed boards require the REAR of the train to pass before speeding up. TS will accuse you of speeding if you follow LUL speed increase rules, but that is a limitation of the simulator.
It’s called train simulator classic it’s on steam for £20 and the district line is free but you need loads of other stuff with will cost you near enough £80 for it all I’d say, hope this helps 😁
Could you show us how you setup your AI time table for your scenarios? id like try this out on the frankfurt U bahn and maybe a trainspotting session as well and watch the trains come and go. if possible
It does take a long time to make these scenarios, depending on how busy it is, especially looking back and forth to input times on each AI train, including myself, but I have no problem making them.
