It was so lovely to see you sat under the tree in the sun, its been raining all day here,great for the snails though 😊 hope your doin good, i feel what you said about being in the everyday world, its a hard balance to find when you have to live in it whilst growing spiritually, i wonder if thats why people go to spiritual retreats to have that break and to focus on their growth and connection?! Everything definitely happens in its own divine timing and its interesting when you get those moments where you want to rush it but find out later why you couldnt..as you said 😊 also those quiet days are so important, it gives us time to process what we have learned and to sit with it, also to recharge our energy for the next step. Ive recently started learning poi and i think you may enjoy it too, i find it eases any stress or anxiety and the feeling of it being a extension of youself is so freeing, its alot of fun if you want to be a bit active on those quiet days 😊 keep up the pure wise work you do, much love and abundance right back at you 🤙🐸
Again a wonderful vid 😊 im finding myself nodding along with what you say, its like i know i know this stuff but you have such a clear way of putting it into words so well, more people need to watch your vids..i feel they will find you soon though as i did. I liked what you said about the lettuce..even my 3 doggos know there is no nutritional value in it for them 😅 also being outside is the best, feet in the grass and looking up at the trees just being. I notice it with the furbabies,as soon as they are on the grass they are so energized and bouncy and happy. I like "weeds" they are robust and grow where they feel is right for them, also dandelions apparently are one of natures magical plants, i need to read more into it but what ive read so far they have so many benefits for various things,its fascinating 😀 your kitty is stunning btw, he has a very wise face 😊 have a beautiful day and have fun with some art 😜🤙🐸

That's wonderful! I know the feeling..I've been working on releasing alot of worry and anxiety myself. I really enjoy listening to Terence mckennas talks! I think he was way ahead of his time! I like that he could see how changes were occurring on such a large scale and predict outcomes very well. 🙏🐸

Also wearing looser fitting clothes is a way to let your energy circulate more freely and not be as dense in your body. It’s so validating the way you’re able to articulate this wild ass energy and collective experience! I recently printed out the divorce papers and then learning to have these difficult conversations had been pretty scary…and sad. I was really questioning if I was just creating chaos for no reason or if it was my intuition. Today I learned the split is going to be kind of mutual which confirms it really was my intuition. I’ve been growing and changing and my spouse said he doesn’t think he can keep up. I’m hopeful that these next big steps of me responding to this big shift will somehow encourage him to evolve and find inspiration. Stay blessed and thanks for tapping in & sharing. I really know exactly what you mean. I know it’s easy to say but it will be for both of your best growth. And the time you have already spent was time for both of you to learn from each other to get to the levels you are at. When we are by ourselves again it gives us that time and space to integrate everything we have learned with that person over time. A lot of times the problem is that we are giving another person too much of our own power or “attention” and you can train your mind with affirmations to help you release the worry of them so you can move freely again.
