Wow!!! I guess they're doing drop training on a very large lake? It's a great video where you can see people enjoying jumping from an airplane and several boats moving to rescue people who fell into the lake!

도로 옆이 습지인가요? 물이 넘쳐 도로가 일부 침수되었군요? 위험한 도로지만 경치는 정말 아름답네요. Is the side of the road a wetland? The water overflowed and some of the roads were flooded? It's a dangerous road, but the scenery is really beautiful.
