This bike isn’t any smaller than previous years. You’re probably more used to riding the Panamerica so it feels smaller to you. It’s an amazing bike, I have one. Enjoy it!
I just got one of these a couple months ago & absolutely LOVE it. I still love my Low Rider S 131ci as well, but this has become my regular work-commute bike (St Louis City streets have so many pothole they might as well be an offroad trail) I was going to get a Green one but knew I wanted the SW-MOTEK boxes like the CVO comes with....so then I started pricing out all the other extras I'd like to have & realized the final price difference wouldn't be all that much more for the CVO, as well as coming with a more comfortable seat. So I went ahead and got the CVO. Glad I did, as I've totally fallen in love with the CVO paint job.
Charles, my thoughts exactly, I had a Black 2023 PA Special and by the time I priced the paniers. the skid plate, muffler guard etc, Plus I got a great deal from Outlaw Harley Davidson.
@@rent-hd Outlaw? So you're in KC, eh? :) I'd already looked at the pricetags for both the Special and the CVO so already knew the difference. As soon as I saw how much the same SW-Motek boxes & racks were, I was all "Hell, let me price out the other things that come stock on the CVO." When my 'guesstimation' math came out to roughly $500 or less, I figured why not? And the CVO seat alone make a huge difference for my butt compared to having done a weekend on the standard P.A. seat.
Fast Eddie's Road Glide 3 gave my daughter and I bonding time, plus a very unique experience. It's tough sometimes to figure out how maintain a bond with teenage daughters. Between the phone and friends, dad seems to be the last person on her mind. Picking my daughter up at work on the HD Road Glide 3 totally blew her away. It was pure joy to see her stop in disbelief and then come running toward me with excitement. Yeah, I know it was the Road Glide 3 she really ran to, but since I don't get many props these days, I'll take it! Eddie was very supportive and answered all my questions before renting. He had the accessories I needed and was focused on my daughter's positive experience throughout the entire process. Sadly, she was at school when I returned the trike so he never got to meet her. I have 30+ years of experience riding a bike, but I never road a trike before. The experience was illuminating! Anyone considering purchasing any kind of trike should rent Eddie's first. It was a great first experience, Eddie was cool to talk to, but most of all, I learned what I liked about the trike and what I liked about my bike more. Being able to make an informed choice before such a large purchase will make a huge difference in your buying decision.
