I started this channel because I wanted to share the information that i have learned over the years involving firearms, reloading, and really anything relating to the shooting sports in general. I will strive to give truthful, no nonsense, facts in whatever the subject is. I feel alot of information out there is tainted with egos and hyped up marketing from manufacturers. I promise to check my ego at the door and when I voice an opinion based on my preference I will let you know. Hope you enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments section.
I guess the Rock Chucker is a good press for beginner? Hope I can find it included in a kit. I am looking to start getting into reloading .44 special and .357mag.
It is definitely the basics, but, not mention checking case length and trimming, skipping that and going to priming, kills it for me. Can't recommend it that way.
Your setup/process is almost identical to mine. Yep, it’s slow but enjoyable. Gives me something to do on down days or weather days. Good video for beginners!!
what model is that one for the 223? I bought L.E. Wilson in 2023 and I had to buy 2 separate gauge, one for case and had to buy another one for cartridge
Thank you for making this video and going through the basics. I’m thinking about reloading and this has been a great video to show me what I need to get started and how to reload.
When you show how to set up the resizing dye you did it the opposite of how rcbs says to set up their dyes. Turn it down to contact the shell holder and then turn it down a eighth of a turn not back up.
The problem I have when I clean the brass, is that there is always some corn cob stuck in the flash hole. How do you deal with that problem? Why don’t you do a video about what happens when you reload a rifle round and tumbling media remains/lodged in the brass. How it effects pressure, accuracy, and how likely it is to blow up the gun. You make awesome videos and I'm most grateful for all the work you do.😅
