You are wrong mate. Our club was on the verge of bankruptcy before FSG eliminated all our debts. Look at the ground, look at the training facility ? Look at the sponsors we have. You dont see the fine lines. FSG are not the only billionaires ard to save Liverpool. FSG the worst of the lot though. With better Owners this team would have won more trophies under Klopp.

You cannot just blame FSG. Klopp is at fault too. Klopp agreed to the ownership model and he was too loyal to players. That is why Michael Edwards left. FSG gradually gave Klopp more power at Liverpool and he had a say in transfers. His big money signing Nunez has not delivered based on the media hype. He was supposed to be our Haland type signing. Also Klopp kept players like Henderson that Michael Edwards wanted sold. Rival fans have been having discussions saying that if we replaced Jordan Henderson with a better quality player in the role he plays perhaps we win more titles. All the blame cannot be on FSG. Klopp must take some blame. Also Klopp is a type of manager like Wenger too. As in he doesn't always like to splash the cash and enables the type of owners that the typical English fans don't like.

At least it would prove he is a winning manager with a winning mentality. Problem is he could be sitting at home with no job. Clubs rarely want to sign proven winning managers who fallout with the ownership and the board.

He did not want cause too many problems with the owners publicly because he foreshadowed how he wanted to leave the club in his first press conference at Liverpool FC. He literally said it is more important how people remember you when you leave, so he was never going to risk doing what managers like Conte, Jose, and Tuchel do. Also Klopp was under pressure. There were some Liverpool fans wanting him sacked after we finished 5th last season. I think that season hinted that he wanted to leave and had enough.
I agree Klopp has to take some of the blame for not being more vocal against the owners and to loyal to certain players but FSG ultimately show very clearly a lack of ambition to compete at the very top I hear they are happy with top 4 yet they don’t even show ambition for that
Fans who slate FSG don't know what they are on about. Klopp has literally backed the owners, he even mentioned them in his outgoing interview saying FSG do it the Liverpool way, by always looking who we can improve at the club before just going out and spending money. Klopp agreed with that approach. Any real fan with an understanding for the club will say that is the Liverpool way and always has been. You're so far off the mark with this video it's unreal. Let me guess you're not old enough to remember Liverpool's previous owners are you? the ones who almost bankrupted us so much that the banks were going to liquidate us. FSG saved our asses and have provided us with the most successful era in 30 years. Fans like you have no place here.
I don't think people remember the previous ownership. That's part of the problem. Then you have the fact that a lot of our fans see FSG as these penny pinching, corporate billionaires who want to extract all available money from the club and that's just so far off the mark. FSG want to be successful. They've proven they're prepared to spend money when they need to and they've proven that they can help us win stuff ... Even with the Super League nonsense, I didn't agree with what they did but at least they apologised for it. Which is more than other owners did. I don't know how sincere the apology was, but I appreciated it. FSG were prepared to spend £115 million on Caicedo ffs and people still want to suggest that they're tight with money and will ruin the club. Such ignorant rubbish.
@@harryclark7404 Are you sure? Caicedo went to Chelsea because FSG decided to play games and Caicedo took his honor and pride and didn't went along with it. He admited that FSG did not support him the way Chelsea and the Chelsea owners did when the transfer window opened early. That includes the £115 million that only came in the end, after earlier lower bids had shown a clear sign of disrespect to Caicedo and more reasons that motivated him to go to Chelsea.

Caicedo can say what he likes, the reality is Chelsea were prepared to offer him a longer, higher paying contract. IMO this is another W for FSG. Caicedo is earning £150k per week on a 8 year contract. That's £62.4million in wages. So add that to the transfer fee and he will cost Chelsea £178.4million. And are you suggesting that missing out on Timo Werner and Dembele was a bad thing? XD All I am saying is it's no fluke or coincidence that we became successful under this ownership. There's a film called Money Ball which is about FSG's takeover of Boston Red Sox. Why? Because they made them successful and the way they did it was interesting. And they've done the same thing with us.

Knowing that if FSG were not cheap, they would have bought Caicedo back in June for £100 million, or whatever he was worth at the time instead of playing games and hoping to get him for a £50 million bargain or something. A failed charm offensive. It happens in Football. Dembele has been a solid player at PSG and Timo Werner had lots of potential, that eventually got wasted by him joining Chelsea. Not to forget Aurelien Tchouameni and Christian Pulisic that I mentioned too and you conveniently leave out now.😂 Then, try to explain further the abysmal 2020-21 and 2022-23 seasons for LFC. Whereas Man City, Bayern, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal etc. made all good investments, including that kept them at the top for several years straight, FGS failed to deliver during these transfermarket windows of opportunity. That includes a solid central defender (before Konate), strong creative midfielder (to compensate for Alcantara's injury-prone condition that was known before his LFC transer) and a solid striker (pre-Nunez) etc.

@@TheLiverpoolProphet It doesn’t matter how it was funded, the point is it was spent. That’s FSG’s plan with Liverpool, to make them successful sustainably. They’re not the best owners, but I fear the narrative you have put out here which is essentially Arne Slot’s talent’s/qualities are irrelevant because the ownership is crap is a tad lazy. Because when you look at how much we have spent on transfers in, it’s very similar to City and Arsenal. I think FSG have been good for us, I understand why people disagree with me on this, but we won’t many trophies with Klopp and FSG and IMO we would have won nothing with the previous owners. If you were an American businessman, I doubt you’d be prepared to spend hundreds of millions out of your own pocket to fund transfers with no guarantee of success.
The owners of Liverpool football club have built 2 new stands, a brand new state of the art training facility and backed the manager... we're not man City, we never will be. The owners are far from jokes. Liverpool fc are in a very good position moving forward.

We are in a good position because Klopp has left us in it it has nothing to do with the owners we can keep making excuses abt the stands and all this and no they haven’t backed Klopp tell me what they have done since the 2018/19 window I’ll wait…..

Scored a similar # of P L goals as the 2029 / 20 seasons . Problem is conceding # 41 , teams that win the title uually have a goals against of # 30 . Need 2 defenders / midfielders / 2 strikers for next season #6In6Out
