@Mike - Ocala Trailer - I've been looking at these online. I am wondering about the finish? Is it paint or powder coated. Does it have shocks with the airbags? How about a good look underneath?? Why is the drop trailers deck more narrow than the ramp trailer?? It doesn't seem like it should need that much clearance to tilt!! How about the brakes? both axles????
I have a 48’ black 2022 sundowner out of Indiana., still under warranty. Considering a different business plan. Moving forward it’s been in storage since Nov 2023.
As I know I’m a bit late to the party here but have watched several videos on this trailer and think it’s a good idea to tow behind a camper/motorcoach but as some of us are not in the 20-40 year old range and maybe have a bit of mobility issues . With that being said it would be a great idea to see someone getting in and out of a vehicle to get an idea of how easy or difficult it might be depending on the person. This idea might hinder sales or increase sales as someone just might say this is a better idea to tow a vehicle instead of spending the money and setting it up for flat towing.

Now lets compare those 2 trailers to the Sloan Kwik Load sliding axle trailer that's all mechanical, several 1000 dollars cheaper, available in all steel or steel frame, aluminum deck, available in 18', 20', & 24' deck lengths, with your choice of 7k, 10k, or 12k pound weight ratings, your choice of bumper pull or gooseneck, and no need to worry about hydraulic or air bag leak that can leave you stranded on the side of the road. And no, I don't nor have I ever worked for them. Was a manager for a towing company in Memphis, TN years ago and we swapped all of our rollbacks out for 3500's and Kwik-Load trailers. The insurance was cheaper and we could then tow exotics without the worry of damaging them while loading and unloading. Ocala Trailer, you should look into becoming a dealer for them also and to give your customers a better selection on low angle loading car haulers. Just my 2 cents. Have a wonderful and blessed day.
I've had a Sloan Kwik Load for 13 years now. I've been considering upgrading to one of these two. My Sloan has been a great trailer. No issues with it. My only complaint with the Sloan is it will damage the ground surface when the trailer slides across it.
How thick it is when folded? What if i dont have space in garage, can i store it outside and just cover it? Can i roll it lateral so i can fit it through side gate door which is only 3-4 ft wide?
