Yes I lose a little bit of time (maybe a few hours max which isn't a big deal I think). I'm a lot more motivated going for one big ore stack and work on it daily. Logging in every day having 0 supplies isn't my style haha. Also I'm looking forward processing all the ores at once because of how afk it is so it's easier to multitask one of my alt accounts
The grinds you take on are truly unfathomable for most people. Videos like this give them an idea of what really goes into making an extreme one-chunk. Great work, you never fail to impress the community
You should use the plugin to color your clues different colors. For example, color beginners white, easy green, mediums yellow, hards orange, elites red, etc. Its a small change but could be nice to quickly identify different tier-ed clues
Hello Verf, keep the good pace, always waiting for the next video <3 So, unfortunately i cant follow the streams or check all the comments people give you, but has anyone suggested the "runescape is a videogame" video from the unsettled channel? Probaly its been suggested as it is quite popular, but its another tick manipulation way of mining and also would free 2 inventory spaces as you wont need logs ans knife, maybe it could help when you are focussed on tick manipulation, anyway, thanks for reading.
7:24 if anything, those stamina potions could potentially be useful when you end up unlocking construction. you can get limestone from supply crates at wintertodt, chisel those into limestone brick, and use them to make a restoration pool. then you could upgrade the pool to restore run energy. pretty cool to think you could have that in your poh as an extreme chunk acc
I would love to see you plot the data you’re collecting- histograms, quantities over time, whatever! It would be an awesome way to visualize your progress!
Nice progress! Would be cool if you could add kind of a quick summary at the end, total ores mined / % of the way to the final goal, % of eggs collected to full outfit ect
@@AlsoVerf It just makes for more clutter for subscribers. Imo it would be warranted it was different content entirely. These uploads would fit just fine on your main channel and would help streamline the series. No hate all love.
Its pretty wild and wierd that people are ready to grind stuff like this. I mean if any grind takes more than a few days, its massive. Using years of your life to mine iron or something on osrs.... 😢
20 to 30k smithing xp per hour from the mining guild is wishful thinking, those struts give 2xp per repair and there's no way you're doing 10 to 15k in an hour
I have a idea if do hit 17 you can do a flip of a coin if you can switch ports. And there two way for 99 farming look again if you get air rune alter going one up from there
What is the reasoning behind having to get 99 smithing just because you have an anvil available? I feel like that's no different than saying you have to get 99 woodcutting or fishing just because you have trees and fishing spots available.
if you unlocked the proper chunks, could you possibly do cranes to level both crafting and construction? it'd alleviate that pressure i presume with unlocking both the crafting guild and the falador con chunk
Just wanted to point out, if you roll chunk 17, you can technically walk there without going outside of your chunks. I know its only a diagonal adjacency so if you just dont consider that valid, then that's fine, but its possible to walk a diagonal. And that would mean 17 is a 99 smithing grind. Maybe that's an argument to do the brimhaven docks instead? Up to you though.
I guess that's true but I won't walk into chunks diagonal that's a rule. I also don't use resources from a chunk I don't have unlocked for example, so I treat it as a chunk that's only accessible via the boat
I would need like 350k nature runes I think, I don't really have good NPCs that drop them and can't buy them. It would take me like 2-3 years to collect
Imo 17 shouldn’t be currently rollable with your ruleset. You’ll be able to physically walk to it one you get one of the other two chunks next to it, so that would supersede the charter ship transport aspect of it. That’s the way limpwurt handled it (I think)
It is a rollable chunk because port sarim boat takes me to the island, it's a coincidence it has other chunks around it. basically treat it like entrana
@@AlsoVerf but you would eventually be able to walk to land inside that chunk without using the charter ship, that’s my only point. It’s not ruining anything either way, love the series boss man!
I see what you are saying, you think he should have brimhaven unlocked, not Musa point. Of the two it breaks the land rule slightly less. I think Musa point is just too nostalgic though hahah
@@Theequalized not exactly. Since there is land inside of chunk 17 (musa point) that is part of asgarnia, he should have to unlock that land like normal first, instead of making it rollable immediately through charter ships. That way he avoids unlocking chunks through charter ships at all
@@AlsoVerf I just went through your bank video from 2 months ago to see what other ores you were working with. Coal seems to be the limiting factor there. It would only take 24,490 nature runes to superheat item your mithril, addy, and runite ores for 839,612 smithing exp...but you're about 123,725 coal short :'0
Honestly, I'd lock 99 farming to at least x patches for specific xp/day. Once that drops below say 6 months, it's game on, else it's backlogged. Only grinding farming every hour for a year and a half will basicly kill the account, that's no fun for anyone (except maybe ljmpwurt, but he's a special breed of auts 🤣)
I can work on other goals depending on the chunks I get. Like smithing or construction. Skipping a skillcape requirement feels wrong and I won't do that even if the grind is crazy haha
I like seeing you complete these trully extreme grinds, but I really hope you get acceptable pathing/banking for whatever grind comes, stuff like the Entrana laps sound atrocious
I think you should make the farming grind (if you get #25) a passive task as its too time gated with your current chunks, mining/smithing is a much more complicated thing - entrana will stop you bringing a pick with you, the construction grind i think you need to say you need a saw to actually complete the skill and lock it behind that, while it is possible with a niche method thats not the way they intended you to play the game
@@AlsoVerf Another vote for making the farming task passive if it requires a 2 year afk grind. There's literally no content and it would just delay the entire series and your family's income
Honestly Wintertod construction isn't bad considering you also have to get all of the other wintertod collection logs. It just bag plants that hell to do.
Would also recommend making it a passive grind. Let you roll chunks after. If you wanted it to be "fair", then just set it so you can't use resources related to farming for all future chunks. But I mean, it's up to you. I'd be sad not seeing updates on the chunk account for 2 years, but it's not like that means you'd stop posting videos.
