If the ground floor is left vacant entirely for car parking and construction starts from the 1st floor, the ground floor area will not be considered as part of the "built-up area" in most building regulations. However, it will be considered part of the FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculations depending on local building bylaws.
“I’ve considered the bend deduction for hooks in the stirrup cutting length calculation. Hooks (usually 135-degree hooks) add extra length (10d) to the stirrup. Additionally, I’ve subtracted twice the clear cover from both sides of the stirrup (both (A) and (B)) to ensure accurate representation of the reinforcement layout. How can be hidden beam dimensions same as tiger beam . As you said hidden bean depth will be less and will be hidden with slab compared to the other primary and secondary beams. Doubt .please clear
