Cars are not just for people with arms, I am a huge car lover the faster and louder the better for me! join me on my journey from bangers to sportscars, I do everything, the buying, the work and the selling
Great Vid !!!! I was 2nd guessing myself on doing this - the piston winding tool you use is that the one that rotates and compress ? - doesnt it matter with the DS3 if you just have the standard compress tool ?
I was quick skipping and at first didn't realise why you were using your feet. Once I realised... what can I say! Fair play to you sir... amazing job. More skills than many mechanics have with their hands!
Small cars=Fun i own a Hyundai i10 very fun little car , sadly last weekend some bad driver hit it in the side so now have to buy another car but anyway i was ok so thats the main thing as i dont really get attached to cars , As long as it can get me from A to B thats the main thing. Anyway glad your loving the little IQ , seems James May was right when he said how good they were years back.
Sadly there is only one Aston Martin Cygnet with a V8. A special made for a customer who was prepared to pay a very large sum of money. The rest have the 1.33L, just like yours (although some say it has different mapping). (From an iQ enthusiast and owner of a 1.0L)
This is amazing how you can drive with your feet that is skilful and inspirational , I do hope one day you will be given those Bionic arms like the Ukrainian Soldiers who are amputees are given but you seem to be doing amazing without them , If i tried driving like that i would soon be in a tree.
I've never known any different and the bionic arms are sadly not As good as the TV etc would make you believe Bionic legs are brilliant but the arms are still crude and useless for anyone other than below elbow loss
@@Amazingfeet Amazing you are my friend and thats so awesome that you are able to live an independent life as you are , Sorry to hear the bionic arms are not that great , Lets hope one day using stem cells they may be able to grow arms back ? As thats the tech they are working on , definitely would be better to have natural arms than robotic arms.
Oddly enough I’m thinking of buying one of these as a second car just to use as a daily hack to and from work so this has just made my mind up for sure now.. Couldn’t believe just how well you drive this and under control even parking it with zero effort.. I know able bodied people who can’t drive or park that well. Mate your an absolute legend and an inspraration to others in your situation and you have not let a disability change your life… Truly an absolute top bloke and thanks for the reveiw on the car im sold on these for sure now
Thanks for your lovely words. Go and have a look some they are lovely, I've since realised there are non brown interiors which look better I bought this car as it was the only local car for sale and I was desperate for wheels but I'm pleased I did the auto wipers are great and actually work well unlike some newer cars I've tried like the vauxhall crossland which were absolutely useless 😂 Let me know how you get on mate I recommend the 1.3 it's the same as the Aston Martin cygnet
It's obviously not the best small car. If they are they would be much more popular. The best all round small car on a budget is a Fiesta 1.5TDCi (FREE ROAD TAX) 80mpg) or a 1.4 Honda Jazz. (Honda build quality and reliability) Interestingly those two cars are much more common on UK roads.
They are much bigger though, the fiesta are known for bad reliability jazz is decent but much bigger than the iq so not really a comparison, The reason the iq is rare is because it was too expensive and still is even on the second hand market it's double the price of a smart. But that's because it's twice as good 😂
Amazing how " handy " you are with your feet... You present this car, but do not mention its brand & type...The logo on the steering wheel indicates it is a Toyota...
hi its amazing how you use your feet ,astounding ,same car same problem automatic ,dont know if you remember any details now , when you done this to your car ,but mine has same fault, did your cruise control start playing up ,the speed control words gradually faded dissapeared from the dashboard and speed would not hold properly, but only at 54 mph then just keep on accelerating. i changed a front abs sensor ,struggled to pull the abs plug from the gap between the brake pipe and bodywork ,and put it through the other rubber covered ,hole next to the hole ,where the wire originally came from hidden behind the plastic underwing plastic protector, and thats with hands.
@@Amazingfeet you still have car then ?? ,don,t have any diagnostics gear ,generally cleaned the abs rings and checked the abs sensors resistances as others have shown on u tube, seems ok , suppose gonna have to go the diagnostic root, or buy a peugeot planet diabox set up. as said can gearbox weird, can u remember if cruise would not hold speed properly
@@Amazingfeet you driving got car now , do you manage to do any thing in doors diy wize ,seeng what your capable of , ,suppose you do, , just opened my eyes you know , don,t mean to bang on ✊✊
now this, right here, is a quality internet video also, the channel's name is a pun. he's called "amazingfeet" cuz, you know, he has no arms and uses his feet. but it also sounds like "amazing feat", like it's a great feat that he's doing all this stuff with no arms!
