Minnesota Made electric boats from Go-Float. Described by some as the pedal boat of the future, and loved by many as the Ultimate Sun Lounger.
Freedom from gas prices, winterization, and hassle, while taking it easy on the environment as well. Your neighbors will love it, and they will love you for not contributing to the noise pollution.
Lake people are different - and Go-Float is the noise cancelling watercraft you have been waiting for.
Got to be 20kw motor to do that, with full throttle speed lasting about 15 mins if theres a 5kw 48v battery on board (about 500 18650 lipo batteries). Lots of power but one step away from useless due to range...
@Jakob 500 18650 batteries@3 amps each=1500 amps, 1500 amps x 3.65 volts = 5475 watts. which is a 5.475kw battery.... Run time on a 20kw motor, first we find out how many watts per minute the motor uses = 20kw divide by 60 mins = 0.333kw per minute to run motor, so our 5475 watts battery capacity divided by 333 watts per minute to run the battery = 16.44 minutes run time.... Maths seems to check out perfectly fine, thanks for asking...
Fckyeah! Supersilent! And then jump as a rabbit! Put on consoles for roof 2-3 pcs 300W solarcell table and It deliver enough power to trip with low speed all day :D
$20k or more for the fast ones, but the slower ones (trolling motor powered) are a lot cheaper. Love the idea, but why not put a Ray Electric outboard on a pontoon boat or their 26ft catamaran, carry a lot more people, and (probably) pay less? Also for the trolling motor powered ones, why not make it so the trolling motor is removable so it can be used to power other things, instead of sawing one in half?
