Bro, she’s a hand model. Of course she’s gonna need a routine for her hands that she keeps for a living and makes money off of. Of course she’s going to have an extra routine for her hands because she’s a handy model.
“ GIRL YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AN HOUR AGO” “Oh old on I’ll be there in 5” “You said that 30 minutes ago what’s taking so long” “JUST GIVE ME A SECOND” “Ya know what no I’m blocking you we aren’t friends anymore it’s almost over anyways” “YOURE ABANDONING ME BECAUSE I WAS DOING MY LIP ROUTINE?!?!” “YOU MISSED MY WEDDING FOR A LIP ROUTINE-“
my comment ranting got deleted so basically: she probably was brushing that long (which tbh it probs wasnt) because maybe it was just brushed since some time and had some knots (the tangle teezer is really gentle but does make it more time consuming, the timestamps arent to be taken to seriously anyways) also she has a coarsy hair texture so it can take it ig, the scalp massage is technically brushing but its not brushing to take knots its to, well, massage the scalp, "according to the data " according to the data rosemary oil its proven to be as effective as minoxidil 2% (ik the study they used twice a day bla bla its still worked for a lot of people with twice a week or once and leaving it 4 hours max) but thats not even the point of using it since its already proven to strengthen hair, improve hair density and soothe the scalp preventing bacterial infections, improve state of dandruff and blood circulation, thus aiding in hair growth anyways. (i do agree that to the moment, rosemary WATER its not proven to actually aid hair growth or have any significant benefits but thats unimportant) massaging the scalp has always been proven to be good but its not like you said it wasnt so ill skip that. Yes, genetics play a HUGE roll in hair health/texture/thickness/hair growth rate = length but it doesnt mean the care she gives into her hair doesnt play a big part on her hair since from what ive seen she knows what she is doing and actually cares for it (oil prevents breaking splits yadiyadiya its not criticized) 5 mins for a protective hairstyle because everybody protects their hair differently and liking (if you have kinky/coily hair it can take that and more). it may look like it isnt 8 hours but washing long thick hair with GOOD care takes time, also post shower routine like oils serums leave-ins detangling and drying take time too. (take into consideration she only washes it once a week, so most of this is just once a week) Note: i just wanted to clarify and defend the girl since its clear everybody its quick to judge even if it doesnt affect them in any way how she takes care after HER hair, thank you if u read my rant, i just dont like when derms, or hair specialist are quick to prey on every thing girls say that works for them in the internet like ex. something that made their hair finally healthy or made their skin finally clear up (not saying OP is, just a trend ive seen) thanks for reading!!
It’s called black girl sunscreen not Caucasian sunscreen there are many other sunscreen that are for your skin I don’t understand people these days I’m not saying you can’t use it I’m just stating facts
Her hair is like that because of her routine! Before her routine her hair was short and frizzy! You need to stop hating on someone who has dedicated her life to perfecting hair care! It doesn’t need a doctors opinion it needs to be tested on this guy’s rats nest of hair
Bro it takes me 20-30 minutes to set my hair in curlers and blow dry it and it’s good until I wash it again, literally none of this is necessary. Just use leave in conditioner, heat protection, and hair oil if you need it (again, coming from someone who puts their hair in curlers and also has been dyeing their hair for years).
To be fair, no data means there is a possibility, but if, what and to what degree something would work is just unknown and with this many substances that a rosemary oil would have, it’s gonna be borderline impossible to predict
Im just saying your not completely wrong but it irritates me that you think rosemsry doesnt do anything according to "data" but data doesnt matter with genetics its whatever works for u and ur hair type
guys the creator of that video use to have hay-like hair NATURALLY. this doctor is being very negative and not professional AT ALL. "according to the data" what data? everything she's doing, has always been affective, never ever harmful according to many girls with LONG HAIR I personally know and professionals online. the tone of your explanation is very condescending, 'according to the data'
girl I'm deeply concerned abt the fact that they didn't soak the aloe Vera as it got stuff inside that'll make you itchy as hell. instead of helping...
