Seven owls are in this clock. Five owls are on this cuckoo clock and one owl face pendulum and one owl is in the owl house

The clock is not level. Its pendulum goes further to one side. This is not good for movement.

I have this exact clock but the music doesn’t play and the wheel doesn’t spin. Any idea why? I think somethings not quite catching inside the movement
