There is a way, and I found it when I came across NLP or Neuro Linguistics Programming in 2003. It proved to me that there are ways to create change that lasts.

After that, I never stopped learning those tools of the mind - NLP, Hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy® Techniques, and became a Certified Trainer of these methodologies.

Today, I am teaching those tools, mainly in Malaysia.
