What are some top ways to 3x or 5x our salary after joining the company ? In small or big companies how it works as some top players of the team star individuals say it's possible so what's their secret or methods to reach that goal.. apart from being good at our craft which skills and traits are needed..
@@mohibquadri4053 good questions. What people call the “soft” skills or people skills are definitely more important as you up-skill and move up. Determine a goal for yourself that answers why the increased pay is desired. 2. Seek out others to see who has done what you are looking for and copy their patterns. 3. Seek a mentor in your company that is outside your group but has more experience.

These books offer timeless wisdom that can be applied to personal finance and overall self-improvement in economic standing. I’ve read and re-read all three. 1. “The Richest Man in Babylon" by George S. Clason - This book uses parables set in ancient Babylon to impart financial advice, focusing on the principles of thrift, financial planning, and personal wealth. 2. “Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill - Although not entirely in the public domain, much of this book is freely available. It details the principles and philosophies for achieving personal and financial success, based on Hill's study of many individuals who amassed personal fortunes. 3. "As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen - This book is a philosophical work on the power of thought and its effects on personal and financial success. It highlights how personal beliefs directly influence personal success.

Sir I've heard and observed various interviews of successful people saying that most of today's high earning and top positions in corporate world or business are filled up with sales-people so what is the secret or training of sales people which makes them so great and valuable apart from other trades also which books should i read to understand and implement those strategies to grow in my career as design and site engineer which involves selling as well to commercial construction clients and consultants...
The best-in-class sales are those that recognize that people don't buy brands; they buy in with people they trust. Relational sales are worth studying. Any book by Robert Cialdini would help you in your development.
Sir how to become a creative and futuristic thinker and earn promotions through it in my company as engineer/employee by raising valuable work outputs ? Any book recommendations or tips to work it out as i have less experience in my field as Hvac site engineer Aec construction industry so have to find something else to grow at faster pace in corporate world and stand out from rest...

@@FelipeEngineer I've thoroughly grasped both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as the Scrum framework. Over the past year, I've dedicated myself to upskilling in the tech field. Now, I'm eager to transition into the industry and apply my newfound expertise. I believe I may need to deconstruct your videos, as I'm leaving the construction sector (as a welder)to pursue a career in technology. @@Vtino.tauaese since you are going tech, check this out this career roadmap from my friends and partners at Scrum Inc. As far as videos, find a tech thought leader on RU-vid and start learning the tech specific jargon. You could start with something like the “Lean Startup” book video summaries and see more tech content from there be recommended by RU-vid. Blake has a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics and years of deploying #leanconstruction with trade contractors. I've known him for years and just learned about this during the podcast interview. My takeaway, ask my friends more questions. 😅
