killer!sans was caught by gaster and alphys,being operated to inject more modified determination for testing the strongest level killer!sans can stand but the modified determination cause chaos inside killer's body because it disarranged his soul again so now killer‘s behaviour became super weird if you stay with him for a small time its ok but once he saw anything heart-shaped(like your SOUL) he will be desperate to destroy it when he's mad he will imagine chara's head,all delirious people can see it
