Oh yeah very good as usual lol, my challenge prize is a name drawing for top ten in the challenge, its a custom handmade sculpture made by me. More info on my channel, let me know if you want the target's emailed. Im trying to get more competitors and subscribers 👍
When you build your position you are very stable, well done! That's surprisingly little shake in the lens compared to what we usually see. can you drop a short video on your CZ build?
AWESOME SHOOTING. Haven't seen a quality custon Benchrest rifle do too much along the lines of these type targets mostly CZ, Vudoo style rifles and the cream rose to the top today. I have a2500x that prefers the Lapua rounds as well. A PLEASURE TO WATCH.
Super awesome shootin' 👌 😊 I didnt do to bad today either. Going to try to beat my score on Wednesday 😊 You got me beat on this one so far, love that rifle man!!! When I grow up, I'm going to get me one 😂 👍
I have a couple of good lots of center x and long range. Both seem to shoot really well so its just a toss up on which one I use on a given day. Wish the rifle shot something cheaper though.
@@idahoarmin Yeah, it is expensive. I tried some Lapua Long Range in my 2500x after watching your video and it shot good in my rifle too. I was saving it for my Rimx for prs, but guess I'm going to have to buy more.
@@lilsnoop6035 For PRS and NRL, i tend to shoot Sk Long range just to save a couple bucks. My CZ shoots its decently well and I can usually get away with it up to 200 yards.
Holy moly you have a shooter. Love the camera showing the hold, it shows me that I have lots work to do. How do you hold so perfectly still? I can’t hole without seeing my heartbeat moving the crosshairs. Looking for all the pointers I can get. Also new subscriber.
I run a seb mini x for a front rest. I run 1.5 inch rings so that way I don't have any cheek contact with the stock. In addition, the trigger is at about an ounce. Once I'm on target and im ready, I just barely touch the trigger to avoid any movement.
@@idahoarmin Thx! Don't see many people in videos using ultra fine cross hair reticles anymore. I really liked them as they are clutter free and for me I feel in longer shooting sessions they leave me with less eye fatigue because there is less to look at, just a clear view of the target.
Your 2500 x bench rest 22 makes my Anschutz match 54 look cheap ! If you took your time that rig should hold the 10 ring @ 50yds no problem . That front rest probably costs more than my 54 .
I have an anschutz 54 1413 from the 1960s and it is one of the best rifles I own. The bolt is easily the smoothest bolt of any 22 rifle produced and it shoots amazing. I used it for competition for quite a long time.
I have no idea what a 2500x is, but that is some fine shooting right there! I'll try to shoot this target this weekend with a semi-auto. I'll be happy to keep all shots is the main circle!😅
Great target! Nice rifle and range. Good technique on holdover from prior POI 🤓, shot to shot. So, target starts with 190 seconds time. With single shot feed add 30 more seconds, for a total of 220 seconds for target total time. Or, 20 seconds per bull. You did the run in less than 90 seconds (87 seconds), or 7.9 seconds per bull😃! Super !
thank you! Yea i felt like I was rushing a bit but it turned out alright. Im definitely going to reshoot and try to take some more time and hopefully get some more X's.
Im back! Channel change and starting this channel lost me some of my people I sub to 😮 But I got ya back subbed man! Super awesome shooting, my friend!!! I love your rifle also. Nice range down there you guys got 😊👌 Nunya from Idaho here, by the way 😉
It doesn’t matter which scoring method is used as long as everyone understands and follows it, but I am still puzzled why it’s necessary to change from the system that has been used about forever: touch the line and get the higher score. When I see scoring schemes like this one that penalize larger bullets I wonder why .17 rimfire cartridges aren’t more common with them. Of course, this particular challenge uses an even stranger scoring system: touch the line, get the lower score. Except: remove the tiny center circle or touch the smallest optional targets and then the bigger bullets are better. Anyway, I’m always impressed with your results.
Yea I saw that rule change after I had already shot. for only 90 seconds, i thought I did good enough with the single shot. will probably reshoot and take my time on the next one.
