No matter what I try I cannot get in hold of any kind of customer support. Either I need their stupid useless workplace website b*******. I need to log into some obscure other type of account and I need to create a whole new account for just contacting support.

Sorry about the echo. PlayStation 5 had a genius idea to have a mic integrated into the controller and it's always on on default and you can never turn it off unless you hit the mute button but that also mutes the headset and you'll forget about it. It's a stupid idea no matter which way you look at it
If ur asking me to do that. I will I guess. Although I'm going to try to keep the classic Herbie engine feel/sound. Also. By "new game" are u talking bout heat?
