一堆废话 磨磨叽叽

斜握皮筋重合延长线瞄打，远距离的时候弹道下坠的线路跟皮筋延长线并不重合。所以远距离精度实际上没有横握瞄打精准。只是姿势比较舒适，才被弓友普遍采用。45度斜握打法还是弓门中心线估瞄打适 合。

用重合皮筋的延长线去对准目标物，撑头只是瞄点高低的参考点。

看你用什么瞄准方式，除非用斜握中心线瞄打法才会用弓门中心去瞄。其它的打法，例如横握瞄打，小角度斜握，斜握皮筋延长线打法等等，都不是拿弓门去瞄，而是用撑头去瞄的，内弓门大小跟精度有什么关系，外弓门大小才重要，关系到瞄点位置。本人用短、中短拉横握瞄打，还特喜欢大弓门嘞。100外弓门，上25、30宽皮筋。撑头尖刚好15米、30米前后弹道重合点。

后手位置肌肉记忆固定不变，再定位撑头处的瞄点，。不是靠前手移动微调定位，而是手和身体合一，靠身体移动来微调----或者说轻微移动中---一旦到达目标点位立即松手。

事實上我遇到的新手幾乎都是在追求暴力，因為打不準只能在威力上作文章😂😂

皮筋重合，说明你眼睛和撑头的连接线，与弹丸的轨道是在同一个平面内的。这时，用撑头瞄准目标，目标就与上面的两条线（眼睛与撑头的连接线，弹丸轨道）都在一个平面内了。在这个平面内，只要高低合适，就能击中目标了。
