2:50 The one and only other game In my memory that lets you "edit" your ship to such a degree was a old Amiga/C64 game called X-Out. And trying to look up on that on RU-vid made me just find "X-Out Resurfaced. Seems like that one gets a re-release, with some added stuff like 2 player mode and possibly better graphics. Though the Amiga version looked like 16bit.
@Momoka7 I had seen X-Out was getting released with extras. I had some PR sent through about it and it looked cool but it's another one I've never played so I'll have it on a wishlist for getting later.
@@HigherPlainGames I played the C64 version back in the day. A friend of mine had the Amiga version, even its follow-up Z-Out. But Z-Out is more like a R-Type then a X-Out. Seems to me the "remake" might be more then just the original emulated, like that Turrican Collections is. I would like it if those where real remakes, with the option to use the full screen, 16:9 not the 4:3 original ratio, lol
I remembered this game just the other day and I’ve spent an hour looking for it! I found my ps2 in storage and once I clean the laser I hope I can find this game and buy it to experience it again!
How do I do perfectly round hairpins? I use the free image editing program G.I.M.P. to paint the land map. With it I can use the circular select tool. Draw a perfect circle. Fill it. Then draw a smaller circle inside it and clear it. Then slice off pie shaped pieces and put them together. Paths aka beizer lines can be used to form any shape and use it to draw a line of any width. i.e. the width of the track 🙂 Also, thanks for showcasing so many of my tracks!

@@HigherPlainGames Paypal? Thanks for the offer but, GeneRally is a free game. A spirit that continues today in the GR community. With today's prices, the GR2 early access price is close to free for what you get. Do give G.I.M.P. a try. It has a lot of tools that make drawing tracks and blending colors for terrain easy.

@kevinhardy8997 If I'm honest the two games are so different in the way they play it doesn't feel like an easy comparison. I personally enjoy Circuit Superstars more for tarmac racing because I've played it for several years now, but the rallying in Super Woden GP 2 wins hands down. I'd say these are both at the top of their sub genres and if you can afford both, I'd say that's the best option.
I am loving Sprint, I was a huge Sprint fan in the 80’s so this with a track editor? Shut up and take my money. Hoping for a sequel wth online multiplayer. Also a track time record.
I would like to know if this game has had already that update that would make it better yo play because i found it and looks good but many reviews say the same about the controllers.
For me they could add 2 alternative mods: 1- Whoever rolls the road for the longest time wins 1.1 - The points it`s x1 for each second in the road. 2x for each second rolling the road. 2- The first round is rolling the road, the second round is driving on the rolled road. (Being faster on the road than on the ground)
Just want to make this great looking game even better. It looks so beautiful! Great job! one little easy to fix nitpick The skull point icons look so completely out of place. -Are ugly -stupidly animated -make no sense -are too big -color too bright. Just everything is wrong -should not be ugly, just use a medal of sorts, perhaps a tainted mad max style medal that has seen a rough life -should not be animated, can be animated, but just have them shine or blink perhaps. Go easy on the animation and make it look classy. -should be way smaller -use a less vibrant color like a gray or can still be gold or yellow, but make it less vibrant -most importantly. they cannot look out-of-place. It has to fit the theme.
A quick update - since this video we released a massive summer update few days ago - with NEW units, new gameplay elements and a lot of new cool features + bug fixes. The new update is already Live on steam + new fully updated free demo!
