Hi, I'm Hibiki. I love, music, reading, exercise and playing videogames blah blah... Even if it isn't quite the same in the age we live in, i love music as an art because it allows people to create any emotion you can imagine it to be, since it can become the soul of many types of art when it's not something that can be defined outside of a combination of sounds, beats and silence. I strongly value freedom of thought and being able to stand up to yourself... It's important to constantly question the things around us whether if it's the right thing to do or not and at the same time being tolerant of other people, even if it means taking risks and hiding the truth from others... Under the ignorance of people there is darkness, suffering and evil in every corner... That's why it's important to take care of your own soul and the well being of the people who are close to you. Be open about other people's truth but also believe in your own strengths.
There is one tune I miss.. the tune that is played when Asuma and Noa is sharing a pizza. Do anyone now the name of that song , and if it can be found outside the movie at all?
Not only is this track a masterpiece, but the way it edges the listener for 3 minutes until it really starts to increase your heartbeat with the arrangement is absolutely spectacular.
Going from a lighthearted semi realistic mecha show to hardcore police/political thriller is a brutal move from Oshii, never liked him as a director, but these two movies are sooooooooooo criminally under rated. I still keep close to my mecha nerd heart some of the scenes of these movies, even Wyvern, no mechas, just pure tension and meaning. Genius!
@@patrickweller5254 Not liking a director doesn't mean not liking a movie or show, I liked GITS, the manga was already a bit slow but being directed by Oshii... sometimes it felt like he slowed it down to a crawl and being a movie which is recommended to watch a couple of times to pick as many details as possible, such slowness made it VERY difficult to accomplish
Volevo scrivere in inglese, ma invece sarò l’unico commento in italiano… oggi è il 12/12/2023 e dopo averlo appena rivisto questo film è ancora (forse) il migliore film di animazione che io abbia mai visto Patlabor il Film
