How can they legally use eminent domain to take private property for this project? According to the Texas Landowner's Bill of Rights “Texas law prohibits condemnation authorities from taking your property to enhance tax revenues or foster economic development” The spokesman for DeLa Express said "this is a major investment into energy infrastructure for the state and country and will provide a significant number of jobs and substantial long-term tax revenues that will benefit all Texans." This is a clear violation of Texas Law.

I can’t believe this only has 10 views. Great video as I am going through something similar in IL. Beautiful 25 year old trees being taken down for “pipeline maintenance”.
