@JayWalker200 just want to shed a little light on what these others are saying, yes they make you hallucinate, but its not necessarily a bad thing. The deal with Psilocybin mushrooms is your environment (house, room, yard), mindset (do not take mushrooms while feeling down, or anxious, take when prepared and with a GOOD mindset), and obviously your dosage Speaking from experience as a "Psychonaught" or psychedelic user for your first experience i would recommend 1.5g - 2g of dried mushrooms (average of 10mg per gram of Psilocybin) for a good first time, or if you'd rather ease into it, take 0.5g and go for an ioslated walk 2 times in a week, and wait a week for tolerance, and up the dose 0.25 or 0.5 grams (depending on preference) until you ease your way into a real mushroom trip. The "Hallucinations" that were being talked about (at the dose i reccomend) can include brighter color perception, and slight "waviness". As you up your dosages you will start to see the ground look almost as if its constricting, and expanding. Like breathing. Some euphoria may start to trickle in, and a slight feeling of being "whole" or "one with the universe" may set in. Upping dosage more will make walls melt, patterns may appear, and closing your eyes can make a landscape, and beyond that would most likely be too much for you right now! I wrote this to hopefully help you use psychedelic mushrooms as a tool, much of what I've said is essential, psychedelics are a tool to build with, but if used wrong can be very destructive, like a hammer against wood. @Jay😊hello I don't think that will be a good idea. The chemicals cause you to see and hear and feel things that are not real. It's causes hallucinations . Don't self medicate, please. Jay😊 I also cannot relate personally. However, I have family members who are military. I appreciate you all❤️. Getting out going for walks is such a great way to get out. Also finding a few good books. Maybe puzzles to do, listening to music. What I like to do is do adult coloring of animals flowers etc it helps with relaxation. Also, meditation it takes practice it helps . Keep going with your youtube channel. Don't quit. Thank you. Have a wonderful weekend. Get out and enjoy the weather. Hi Jay, thank you for your service. I can't relate but have many family members that have served. They go walking, they read books, they do house work and organize.
