One thing with CG they are always driving and being chased way more than any other gang. Their time zone has more/better cops on duty compared to the other storm. If they were awake in the other storm I think they would be wiping the PD every week. They are the best crew at escaping and a top convoy crew. Only Suarez races so I wouldn't say they are a top racing crew right now.
Thats only if hostage gets hurt or is crims start escalating first. Negotiations are legit for just no spikes and free passage out. If a crim breaks that then cops 100% have right to taze/spike/pit immediately. But shooting when nothing has escalated that far is absolutely stupid to do. I honestly hope those 3 reported Dean and he catches a ban. Dude needs a break and realize he needs to stop turning in Kyle/Penta. Bad RP.
