I’m very impressed to see that you tore that box open and replaced the speaker but dude you really needed to solder the wires. Harbor freight has soldering irons for like five bucks. Thanks for sharing the vid.
With my camera I was going about 35/40mph but with a smaller go pro I think you can definitely go to 65/70 mph easily. Just make sure its cleaned and mounted on a good spot
my senhiesers 65 ohm 280 pro cost a lot perfectly flat and plenty of volume my input volumes i never get above about 50% before i get a clip light so no idea what you got maybe a faulty one ot they updated it.
There's something wrong with your setup. Mine works great and the input on mine is not the way you explain yours. My headphones are also punchy. Something is not right with your setup.
Great job! I wrapped my car last year and you are right, it's not easy. I've talked to a few people that have tried and got frustrated and quit. It's so worth it to keep going when you are able to stand back and look at the finished product.

Are you deaf? The headphones volume is extremely loud . If you use 30% you will have ear damage for sure. There is a knob on top left, where you choose the amount of the direct monitoring or usb mix levels ,probably you didnt use it. only THEN , you adust on the level on the Headph. Volume. I try to use 15% more or less ,not to have permanent ear damage
Lol not deaf at all. For most headphones with low impedance yeah it’ll be plenty loud, but it struggled to power my Beyerdynamic DT990s 250ohms. Its a great interface but Im enjoying the quality of my MOTU M6 a lot more.

Great video but I wonder if one actually needs to take the whole thing apart. Could one not just have gently prised off the grill with a plastic spatular & then pulled the speaker forward? FYI: A replacement speaker costs £55 incl. tax & shipping from US to UK from MPCStuff. So being a cheapskate I gambled & souced a similar speaker from Aliexpress which although not an exact fit (but it did fit) for £6 incl. tax & shipping. Having had a £122 refund from Amazon because of the faulty speaker the whole experience made my day! The unit will be for sale on eBay soon as it just is not what I was expecting nor hoping it would be but that is for another video.
I wish it were that easy! The wires were pretty short so not having access to the back would have been a pain trying to work with those wires with just the grill off. I agree these replacement speakers are way overpriced for what it is!
Looks good but Your first mistake was using vivvid.. majority of the people in the wrap groups hate vivvid. Avery is by far the easiest brand to use for beginners, 3m, and kpmf are also good. I wrapped my genny in avery radioactive green. Looked so good. Lasted 3.5 years before I removed it due to blck spots showing up all over it. Wasent perfect by any means but not bad at all for my first time.
Yeah I agree so far not a good experience with vivvid. This roovny one was definitely a lot easier to work with and is holding up well so far! We’ll see how it holds in the summer

@@angelalba8496 I personally like to exhaust all my resources through youtube before buying any courses. The real way to learn is doing it hands on. It was tough at first but along the way started picking up some techniques, I would give it a go first and then decide if you need the course but I had no prior experience so I think anyone can do it
