I live in Merida and all I hear from friends who use Uber is that they wait and wait and then the driver cancels. I don’t have a car here and I use InDrive App. Its much better and you can bid what you want to pay. Do you know about InDrive? Its a pity you didnt come live in Centro there’s more to do here.
a studio in San Diego costs $1500 if you are lucky, a house costs $5000. per month. nothing to explain or complain about in that beautiful place unless you are being proverbial because spiders are really nothing to worry about .

Sorry so long to respond. A landlord will love a renter that stays long term! However, sign your lease year to year because you may find you want a different location. Electricity really depends on usage , how many people etc. If there are enough solar panels on the home then the bill could be the minimum of $20. ( small fee for admin purposes). The appropriate number of panels would be determined by the home size.

Hey Girl very interesting video I think if the yards are going to be there they can at least have the grounds kept up for the families who like to visit. But as for me I told my family to cremate me because like you said my energy is gone and what’s left is a vessel, not me. My spirit is gone. But it’s disrespectful especially for those who fought for this country to have been shuffled elsewhere due to race 😢
Absolutely on all your points! Even in life(allowed to go to black hospitals only) and death, black people were so denied here in the South and so many areas of this country.
Personally, I don't like the high costs involved in traditional funerals/burials, but visiting graves with the kids/grands while sharing family history is pretty cool. Negligence with the upkeep is a disgrace. This seems to be a common theme at graveyards for people of color where I live as well. Thanks for sharing this topic. 😊

Wow, what a shame that the cemetery isn't better maintained. I've never heard of a private cemetery before. Hubby and I will be cremated, we have a niche in a building already so our kids don't have to deal with that. Cemeteries are for the living, not the dead, so that they can visit if they ever want to, the way that funerals are for the living. My husband's family goes to the cemetery two to three times a year, my family never went that I can remember. I like how it is done in Mexico, a once a year remembrance of family who have passed with or without the cemetery visit. Because some families want to visit, it would be nice if that cemetery was taken care of.
I think investors and often funeral homes will own different cemeteries as opposed to the city. If owners don’t care or go bankrupt then things go downhill.
It's infuriating! Alabama should be paying to keep up this historical site. To me this is not about individual view points but rather about how we value our history. It is way past time for the United States of America to reconcile her racist past. Maintaining this cemetery is part of that reconciliation.
The same could be said for many states in the country where the problem of neglected black cemeteries are almost a given not a one or two off. Every human being deserves respect not only in life but in death as well!
Hey Malikah!! New here - but I agree, I love being able to do what I want when I want...because of that when I save money I call it an Opportunity Savings Account simply because when an opportunity pops up...whenever it pops up...I want to be able to afford to take it - lol
I agree with you, Malika. I don't even want them wasting money on a casket that will be covered in dirt. Wherever I live when I die, wrap me in a white sheet and bury me. Let my remains fertilize the earth, a plant, or a tree. Don't waste money on a funeral for me. Let everyone just remember me as they see fit. Seriously.....
@@suntoyfull64it is beautiful, the food is healthier than Thailand, I love to see the women in the Ao Dai, the beach and river is beautiful, people are very friendly. Yes there is a language barrier but at the same time , many people do speak English.
I live on a small island in the Caribbean 20 minute ferry from Cancun. I visited Merida for about 30 days. I found it boring. I agree about nothin to look at. Plus the heat omg. Mind you its been scorching here but you are surrounded by the crystal clear waters and beautiful palm trees and flowers. Im not sure about Monterey i have heard its not safe lots of cartel avtion. That may not be true. I would think Mexico city you would love. Its like a Mexican NYC. Im considering moving myself. Its getting a little pricey. Im on social security have a small studio for 400 dollars per month. Good luck on your journey through Mexico. Its a huge gorgeous country. I am sure you will find something you love. Take care
You have to live your life that makes you feel good. However, most of all if living your life upon God’s directions and you are not following his directions; then will feel the way you are feeling, then you must self reflect then.❤😊

Absolutely they aren’t however I believe guns should be illegal for everyone! As long as they are available for law abiding citizens they will also make it into the hands of people that should not have them.

Speedy recovery DIY tip if you can, avoid painting outside when it's very hot/humid it will interfere with paint performance. Try & paint when the weather's good. All paint cans have labels with ideal temp/humidity numbers fir the paint to perform best.

Oh, I hope you feel better soon! It's nice that you can help your son by doing some things around the house for him. I too am adopted, have met most of my siblings and birth mother, and I'm glad to hear that you and your brother get along, my situation didn't work out that well. Bugs are everywhere and it's hard to have a bug phobia so I hope that you can find a place to live that is relatively bug-free. I love to swing, so swing for me please!
