How is this iconic? Who is the architect? Seems like a high end renovation of a classic mid century modern home with most original features taken out. Some of the floors identified as concrete looked like original terrazzo. It feels like soul has been stripped. I would lean more towards 13 million, definitely not 23.
25 mil for this crap? Low af ceiling, nightmare security and privacy, 0 view, ugly staging. It’s still haven’t been sold after two whole years even with lower price. The developer is shameless if not stupid.
Also, these houses will be bought with blood money by mid east and Eastern Europe potentials. Dude with the cam....shut up. Just shoot the film. You are 1000 percent bbbooorrriiinnnggg. Boring.
This guy geeking out just like I would lol. "I have to sit in this cool chair!" "Bamboo sound!" Love it. I also would be opening absolutely everything to see what it is, great job!
Thank you for loading this video but you need to work on your commentary. The moment you speak reveals a complete lack of knowledge of the property, market, architecture and design, Even the things you see as talking points are either irrelevant or self-explanatory, Thank God for the mute button.
Dear John. Its great as usual, your channel deserves much more subscribers... by the way how I can contact you (better via whatsapp or email) as I would like to discuss smth ...thanks
M. Lee; I want to suggest a great MCM house that is for sale that may be you can tour it. Designed by the famous H. Levitt the one that designed houses for many Cinema stars in the ´60´s. Is in La Cañada Flintridge; in the Flintridge avenue. Big and very nice time capsule and "only" asking for 6.5M I think.
very interesting - I thought La Canda Flintridge would be the place to see the collection of Paul R. Williams. I did a little research on Harold Levitt. Very intriguing. Do you know the address of the MCM home? I'd love to visit there!
The outside is very nice with all those incredible trees. The prime location and that tranquil street can covert that house in a tear down; may be due to is huge some one save it but the price for what realtors ask near that and the big land, is good.
I'm new to your channel and have thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Your perspective and reactions to this amazing home seem honest and refreshing. Thank you and I look forward to watching more of your vids.
At 10:46 when you mention the furniture showing the chaise longue chair; is the LC4 an iconic design by Le Corbusier F.A.I.A . "F" is for "fellow" (American institute of Architecture)
Thank you to show the house. Never understood why not the expensive houses etc in front of the Ocean or with Ocean views. Beverly Hills and all these other hoods are far away...
Beverly Hills is centrally located to anything you might want to do in LA, plus it is it’s own municipality with a great police force, and immediate response times. Try calling 911 in LA and you’re on hold for 20 minutes.
@@igottheshaft of course, I know that; but most neighborhoods (the expensive ones) around the World are in front of the Sea or Ocean or similar. That was what I wondered; why not developed that way decades ago.
It seems like a new construction and during the escrow, due to some liability issue, sometimes the sq-footage can be left out and I think that's the case with this one. I recommend you type the address and go to Zimas - then you can see the dimension there!
