My name is Pauline Lowry, I graduated from PHS in 22", I was a flute player (concert all 4; marching for 2 due to covid 19). Seeing all this history of the talent on that field and stage is so interesting and gives me pride to be from a line of an amazing soulful musicians who all smiled and laughed with thier bandmates. All on the beat of the same cadence. Dan White was my director, we always had a bonfire as a band at his house after a crazy season, he really does keep the traditions alive. The perfectionism of the traditional style allows people to put their egos aside and be one unit marching for the grace of freedom. Oh to have a band of the sizes back then.

The music itself is so complex Mr. Bilger must have the gift of photographic memory! To memorize an extremely "difficult" composition like this, is simply amazing!

When I was young Gil Johnson, the principal trumpet of the Philly, was my idol. Bilger is a fine successor.

7 years later I'm just seeing this post. Fabulous. Tenor:Harry Williamson (Tenor of 1974 Champ The Regents) Lead - Kevin King Bari - Freddie King (But everyone knows that!!) Bass - Tom Ewald Kevin's range never ceased to amaze me. His solo on The Day The Circus Left Town is beautiful and shows off his vocal expertise. Beautiful. This is showmanship at it's best. Not a dead moment in the entire performance and not one guy talking for 20 minutes, finish, and get off the stage!!! Only do an once if demanded by the audience. And they demanded it. LOVE this. Thanks for posting.

Wonderful memories/ member 1963 - 1965. W.Va. All-State Band, thanks to Frank S. He told me early in my sophomore he thought I was going to be better than I was. Made me so mad I carried my Sousaphone home almost every evening to practice. I though Frank to be a stern taskmaster but see now he was pushing to make each of us better players. Great years. Love seeing the band march and off course play the 1812 Overture. I still have some pictures and a vinyl album of one of our concerts which includes the Overture and Victory at Sea.

Hi ! I am writing to you from Grand Angle Productions, a production company based in France who is presently producing a documentary on the nullity of the marriage. The film will be aired on KTO, the French Catholic channel. It will aim at informing about is the nullity of a marriage. For this documentary I’m looking for old wedding footages. These wedding pictures would allow us to illustrate the words of an ecclesiastical judge who will speak to us about the history of marriage in the Bible, the sacrament of marriage in the church, the meaning of the exchange of consents, the pillars of marriage and how a marriage can be invalid. The images we will use will not be used to say that the marriage of these people is invalid, they will only allow us to illustrate the above-mentioned statements as well as to see the different stages of a marriage such as the arrival of the bride at the church as well as the exit of the couple in front of the church. Moreover, our documentary does not speak about the end of a marriage but about the fact that a marriage can be considered null and void if the spouses did not respect the conditions of formation of the marriage. This part of the documentary will be illustrated by testimonies of people who experienced the nullity of their marriage. So, I am contacting you to ask for permission to use it. If you cannot grant it, would you kindly let me know who I should contact to grant such an authorization? Have a nice day !
