i bought this game on disc over a year ago and had the same problem, yesterday i tried everything all 3 of your videos said to do and it didnt work, got frustrated deleted the game and re installed it and downloaded all the add ons again and somehow it worked.........I would recommend that to the people still having the issue, delete the game and install it back
Bought this game back on ps4 digitally and wanted to download it today on ps5. The game would randomly delete my downloaded packs, I’m going to try the restore licenses method hopefully it works. This mw is better than the next 2 if I remember correctly !
If u have this problem in Europe just create second acc in UK region , delet game and reinstall again , and everything will work properly. Problem is just region ps account.

I fucking hate how gaming is today used to put the disc in and ya ready to go now ya gotta do 5 sacrafices to the gods, sell your soul away do 5 4 hour updates and only then theres maybe a 1 percent chance you can play your game
I installed all of the packs and reinstalled them yet still won’t work and I bought them in 2021 i think , since i got them they don’t work and i couldn’t contact the support in time so i lost my money and got stuck with a game that doesn’t work 💔💔💔💔
My multiplayer says its still suspended and when i go to download the pack it downloads them but as soon as i open the game it says there not downloaded and i have to redownload them again
This is really disgusting and disappointing at the same time, I just bought modern warfare from the playstation store and can't play the game because of this stupid error, I've tried many ways to fix the problem but all were futile 🤦♂️
All of this just to freaking play I got the game and than pay 10$ for the season pass and I still can't play I have to download something so I try downloading the multiplayer pack I hope I can play I pay 10$ for the freaking season pass what more do i freaking need
they made this game hard to play because its the best one. would be pulling from the Modern warfare 3 player base. thats also why they called it the same exact name, its all intentional
Guys I found the solution cuz it wasn't working for me either. You have to leave the game open and install the dlcs with the game on😭😭 it's annoying but yeah, you have to let the comparability things download too👍🥲
To anyone who is still having trouble with this, then you should try not exiting the game and stay at its menu where it shows campaign, multi and co-op while the packs download. It worked for me. (Disk version-PS5) ( IT ALSO MENTIONS) in the game installs "Please do not close the game until the dlc finishes installing".
(update of my next day experience) It tells me I don't have some packs. This is silly, but if you close the app and reopen it should work as it just did for me. (Make sure you are on the account that you followed the steps with as it doesn't register with other accounts)
Yes, it does indeed work, but the only thing that I did not do and it still worked is whenever he downloaded all the things that were related to multiplayer. All I did was download multiplayer pack two and the other one he said to download and then it worked if it does not work, then he said, restore your licenses and then it should work also but if it still doesn’t work, then just uninstall at this point
