[About me]
I work at a Japanese restaurant for soba and udon.
I'm Haruma, a Japanese professional chef.

[Concept]
I wanted to introduce a recipe for a small number of people.
I make various cooking recipes based on the concept of Japanese cooking recipes for a small number of people, such as one or two servings.

[Make the sauce homemade]
Yakiniku sauce, okonomiyaki sauce, takoyaki sauce, etc.
Introducing how to calculate the amount and make it homemade without using commercially available sauce.

「How do you make Japanese food?」
「Is it easy to make Japanese food?」

↑I am working on a video that solves this problem.

*The seasonings used may make the taste thicker or lighter, so please adjust to your liking.

I plan to update the youtube once or twice a week (Wednesday or Saturday, Japan time).

I love how many Japanese sauces use many of the same ingredients, just varying amounts. That makes it much easier on the pantry storage!

That's so true! \(*´▽`*)/ You can make so many Japanese dishes with just soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, and sugar. You can create teriyaki sauce, yakitori sauce, and even sukiyaki! If you add garlic, it becomes garlic teriyaki, and with ginger, you can make Japanese ginger sauce or even gyudon (beef bowl) sauce. It's so convenient! (*^_^*)

Hi! I wasn't sure about the exact cut, so I asked the butcher, and they told me it's the "navel end brisket" cut! Arigato! \(*´▽`*)/

@@harumarecipe haha okay. I also noticed that you didn't tenderize the beef before cooking. This means the beef cut is tender haha

Looks so delicious! Noodle dishes are some of my favorites, and I also like the relatively simple and quick bento recipes. Chicken, pork, beef, and fish/seafood recipes. Haruma, I like just about everything you make a video about!😄 I would love to get to Japan someday.

・Flour : 50g *The flour I use is "less than 8.5% protein".So it's a good idea to use "cake flour" (´ ▽ ` *)

Hi chef, I once had sushi and it was topped with thin shredded potatoes. I've tried making it myself, but it can't be as pretty as the toppings on the sushi. Could you show us how to make it? thanks in advance, chef Haru.

It is a sweet bread that can be purchased anywhere in Japan, including convenience stores and supermarkets. If you ever come to Japan, you should definitely try it! (*^_^*)

Hi! (*^▽^*)/ I use cake flour in the video. You can also use all-purpose flour or potato starch, and I think it will turn out delicious no matter what you use! I think it's fun to use different flours and discover different flavors. \(*´▽`*)/ Hope this is helpful to you!
