KP150 gibt mir Hoffnung weil es gegen MRSA und VREF ist aber ich leide zusätzlich an s.epidermidis und s.hämolyticus , ich hoffe es gibt niemals Resistenzen und ich bete das es nicht nur in Gewebe eindringen und Biofilme zerstören kann sondern das es auch Toxine neutralisieren kann und vor allem liqourgängig wird , und zum Schluss bete ich dafür daß man es mir zur Verfügung stellt , denn ich bekomme jetzt schon keine Hilfe weil die Infektion im ZNS schwer nachweisbar ist und weil ich keine Indikation für eine Liqourdiagnostik bekomme , vielleicht könnte man mich aktuell mit Tigecyclin, Fosfomeycin, Tedizolid,Quinupristin/Dalfopristin oder Daptomycin noch retten aber es will mir niemand verschreiben 😢😢😢
Ich hoffe es geht schneller als man erwartet , ich hoffe die Menschen wie ich die jetz schon auf diese Medikamente angewiesen sind , bekommen sie noch so schnell wie möglich, ich hoffe auch auf Ausnahme Genehmigung bei sonderbedarf , verstehen sie ich bin ein einzelnes Schicksal mit einer sehr schlimmen Infektion , die Bakterien haben meine Ventrikel im Gehirn blockiert lösen aber keine Entzündungen aus , niemand möchte das offiziell behandeln , aber ich wünsche mir mein Leben zurück, schade das Ärzte sich nicht in mich hinein versetzen können , sonst würden sie alles tun und nichts verweigern 😢 Auch ich bin ein Menschenleben ,auch ich habe das Recht auf eine Aussagekräftige Untersuchung , leider bekommt man das nicht wenn man keine Indikation sieht aber sind vier verschiedene pathogene Keime in den Harnwegen keine Indikation un auch im Nervenwasser zu schauen , es sind alles staphylokken um genau zu sein sogar s.aureus, s.epidermidis, s.hämolyticus und ein enterococcus faecalis 😢 zugezogen von einer Petrischale das ist kein Witz und ich bin 43 wenn ich doch nur noch eine Chance zum Leben bekomme 😢 Ich habe gute Qualifikationen für den arbeitsmarkt und kann aber nicht mehr leben , ich bitte euch Forscher und Politiker rettet auch einzelne Schicksale wie meines , vielleicht mit Einzelfall Behandlung bevor die Medikamente offiziell zugelassen werden ,bitte 🙏😢 Bitte rettet mein Leben 🙏
Staphylococcus epidermidis besitzt ausgeprägte Antibiotikaresistenzen, vor allem gegen Penicillin und Methicillin (MRSE = Methicillin-resistenter Staphylococcus epidermidis). Die Übertragung erfolgt hauptsächlich über direkten oder indirekten Kontakt mit kontaminierten Personen oder Gegenständen.
