Daniel Jones has less TD passes than games played. even delusional giants fans that think that ridiculous deal they gave him was justified have to admit that he'd below average and will never at any point be top 10
Continued from the first comment Also Ben Roethlesburger had so many SA and rape allegations throughout his college and early NFL with victims giving actually legitimate accounts of their own incidents not just coming out so they could try and get a pay day.like with Watson. The qb Big Ben never got suspended and the NFL did their best to hide and not talk about it. They went as far as changing the subject whenever an analyst or otherwise would bring it up and fire people who brought it up what they deemed to be too much. But they had no issue with punching the Michael Vick dog fighting, running his name through the mud, etc As if forced animal fighting is anywhere near as worse than sexually assaulting and or raping another human being. These things show how the thing that matters the most isn't the crime or the performance of the player but it's the race of the player.
Career back up, bust, and declining/ declined white quarterbacks constantly get signed and get chance after chance without it being issue the vast majority of the time. Especially with deshaun was one of top young QBs before the off the field stuff. White QBs in the same situation wouldn't be getting the same backlash for being given a second chance.
You're completely wrong about your cap math. And Daboll is overrated. Didn't you see all the mistakes he made as a coach since the second half of his first year? Get ready for more sam breakstone cottage cheese screaming on the sideline as he thinks he's smarter than everyone.
Daboll isn't worried about getting fired. Jones is a Mara guy. And that's all that matters in Giants Blue Hell. That idiot Mara got one of his "good guys"🙄 Daboll will get his qb next draft. These dudes are hoping DJ gets pounded into the ground just to get their OL straightened out for their 2025 qb pick.😂
Living in Tampa Bay for 61 years and grew up a Miami Dolphins fan I used to laugh and laugh at the buccaneers quarterback situation they drafted three quarterbacks that went on to win super bowls but with other teams lmfao. Doug Williams Steve Young Trent dilfer. Many more have left in that great success with other teams like Testaverde I think he played like 22 years and I think he went to the AFC championship game I do believe but lost
I see Trevor has a bad mix of herbert and allen he has talent but is turn over prone and just not clutch. Can he turn it around sure but im not holding my breath
After a year with Shannahan and his staff and getting a break from the pressure and scrutiny of trying to save below mid teams and coaches I think sam will surprise alot of people with koc and minnesotas weapons enough that he'll be a starting qb somewhere in 2025 with a decent multi year deal
bro im sorry but ive counted only 2 things right that youve said all video, 1. dj is a check down merchant true. 2. he is i would say injury prone. however there are plenty of facts you left out during this video... when showing his stats you shouldve also added his rushing stats, you should also allude to the fact that when you have a top 3 running back in the league your going to be a run heavy team like cleveland, like the titans, like the niners (niners have good passing yards too, but also have top of the line wrs, te, rb which makes offense a lot easier) you did point out the oline was garbage however when your explaining him not making the right read why dont you add in the fact that he knows he is injury prone and has evan neal blocking his blindside, if im in the pocket behind that line with my back turned to neal im getting rid of the ball quickly not hoping one of my below average receivers can finally create separation on the deep ball.
What's crazy is Baker is a top 10-12 QB all day and he didn't have nearly the roster Watson has . That wasn't good enough and everyone wanted him gone . We could've built this same team around him for a lot less and without selling our future. 4 head coaches in 3 yrs and playing when he should've been benched when he was hurt. Now we're hoping to get a top 12 QB ranking out of watson lol
If I had my choice Winston would be our starter. If we can get the Winston that was playing for the saints before he got hurt, I would take that any day. Imagine if he had this roster and was playing ball like he did in New Orleans before his injury. At least his recent body of work is realistic
11:15 first game of the season (It was also raining) vs 10:35 his last game. Werid how QBs get better as the season goes uh. Also in 12:20 the outside wr ran the wrong route
There's a few things nobody ever talks about when it comes to Watson. First, she's never played in cold weather in his life. I'm not saying he hasn't had a couple games here and there , but now he's playing outside in the cold for more than half the season. Second, nobody ever talks about how all the off the field stuff. Most likely messed him up mentally, psychologically, and emotionally. At this point I have little to no faith in him as our quarterback. People think I'm nuts but I'd rather have Winston starting over him
sorry but your film examples are terrible. You're showing off the very first game of the season during a rainstorm, where Joe burrow was much worse. And the second game of the season where he played his worst game, you showed the first throw of the game to the third string tight end.
He shouldn't be I don't care who you are he has no rhythm, he played in 6 games and stopped then played in 3 games got hurt then played in 3 more games and got hurt. All the Watson haters or whatever they are just hate this guy bc of his contract like they are the ones paying him. They hate bc of what they think he did according to public opinion which means nothing. Jordan needed time and most athletes playing against the best people in there sports needs rhythm and you can't get rhythm missing 11 games then missing another 4 games and another 8 games. Sone will say he brought it on himself that maybe true but none of us actually know what happened except Deshaun Watson, the women, and God who none of us are. When he plays in 10 or more games and continues to play like this, then all the hating is valid. Until that happens its foolishness and people just hating for takes to actually judging his playing ability. He isn't just playing against clowns. That is how some of ya'll sound like clowns.
he hasn't forgotten how to play. he's been suspended, he's been injured. there have been worse players in the NFL. Lets stick to football, give him time. If he stays healthy and he is still playing poorly by the end of the season ok but until then reserve opinion.
As a Ravens fan I was actually halfway impressed with Watson's game against us, I definitely didn't expect that kind of grit and he did enough to let their defense drag them over the finish line. That's pretty much how this year is going to have to go, they'll go as far as their defense can drag them, and with good injury luck that's a pretty long way. The issue is that they're stuck in a division with two other elite teams with top-5 QBs and SB ceilings, and a wildcard team that constantly wins when they shouldn't (and vice versa), they can be very, very good and still lose the division handily. Setting aside if Watson will ever be elite again, that ship has probable sailed, its enough to ask if he would be a significant upgrade to options like Mayfield, Brisette or even Cousins, plus millions in cap and 1st round picks. The answer is almost certainly no, not even close, their odds to win the SB would have been better without him, even if they somehow win it this year.
The real kicker is how long the rest of the locker room tolerates him, football players are probably better equipped to look past a national pariah and sexual predator then your average American, but it gets harder when that player is clearly holding your team back and materially damaging your career in the process. It already says something that a HOF player like Garret can grind himself into dust for his team and get paid considerably less (guaranteed or otherwise) then Watson, if he decides to have a problem with that towards the back half of the year, this whole thing gets unworkable real quick.
