haha I remember watching the Rodney Mullen ending part in THPS1 and it was THE coolest thing I had ever seen. Here 20 years later and there are still young people skating that style. Sick brother.
Smooth song with your video man. You got that vibe going. Shii i remember when Anderson .paak was still coming up before he got big doing songs with Wax and Dumbfounded. Never knew he would be this big after that song with Bruno.
I think best is hard to quantify (especially in such a subjective art as freestyle) but I would say that Orson is one of my favorite skaters to watch, not just in NA but the world.
the one thing i’ve never understood was why freestyle boards are damn near flat … they have no concave at all. i get everything else but why no pop why no concave? it would help if ya had at least one side like it lf school boards do
Hey, great question. Quentin’s skating our spoon nose freestyle deck here. It’s got mellow tub concave with a 12 degree tail and a 6 degree nose. Steep kicks are great for some things but not freestyle tricks. The same goes for steep concave. This pogo trick is one example of a trick that feels much better on mellow kicks because of the leverage involved. Check out some of our other videos where we break down different Waltz shapes 👍
The skateboard equivalent of being a ballerina. It's NOT all good, NOT everything matters. Watching freestyle is like watching apes entertainment the stone age. It's neet, it's interesting but,... yall cathig that Andy Fagerson vibe😂😂😂
