Awesome training, that nicely explains what are KPIs, how they compute the Vendor Score and populate various indicators on the workspace. Throughout the training, there was only vendor 'Adobe Systems' selected to explain the KPI groups and the member KPIs, Indicators and finally running the scheduled job. Please make another video for Advanced taring, that would include the example using multiple vendors, KPI Groups and KPIs. This training gives a good start to implementing Vendor Management Workspace at work. Indeed, a job well-done!

If I have selected a few records that should get downloaded also we want to export all when I haven't selected any records. How can we achieve this?
Hi gunjan, used the same script but at the end got an error " Unable to load headers from the xlsx data source (scheduled import job: importset_name). Any suggestions?

Hi Gunjan, Thanks much for creating such a nice video. 🙏🙏 Need one help if we get the error while running the transform map. we need to create a task and assigned to servicenow team with the error to check on it. How to achieve this functionality. Please help on this. Thanks in advance 🙏🙏
Hi Sandip, You can create the Business rule on the table where that transform Map shows its running status. If status changes to failed then glide transforms Map log table and then gets those failure reasons from that table and creates the task from that record. You need to add one more condition to check the transform Map so that BR will run for that transform map failure only.
Hi, I was just restricting the users to get the end user view if incident is active using first view rule. In that I'm basically using conditions. But in the 2nd view rule I was writing code to restrict the user view on the basis of their department. So anyone wanted to write down the complex condition then they can use advanced feature of view rules. Thanks, ServiceNow Guy
Initially I was not creating videos but then I got to introduce the concept of 'Give back to the Community', within this concept whatever we learn new within ServiceNow it is always better to share that with other people within the community so that they can also get benefit out of it. For many days I was planning to record video on this concept but then I forgot and a couple of days back I saw the post on LinkedIn regarding the same. So I thought of creating the video on that.
It is very usefull. I created one client callable script include, but it is not woking in tokyo version. I select admin role while creating script include. Can you say something on this? I am calling this script include from onCellEdit CS through GlideAjax.
