I believe that Emily doesn’t count and neither does the Corroded Man. There are simply two unknowns. And that is truly fascinating. As it could be perfect for a spinoff prequel story. Edit: Technically three as the Outsider doesn’t count Daud in the count.
Hi about the Prague army , is because many nobles was not satisfied with Wenceslaus rule so the form a League of lord's (pánská jednota) Sigismund as Wenceslaus Brother was seen as obvious choice so bohemia was in kind of civil war wich each individual nobles align with Sigismund or Wenceslaus, the nobleman behind Markvart is head of Rožmberk family (one of the richest In bohemia) wich was with Sigismund, markvart was set as leader of Prague army while Wenceslaus was in vienna captivity. (Wenceslaus was later rescued by Lichtenstein and jobst of moravia) and ruled there until beginning of Hussite wars, where he died because of stroke due to first defenestration of Prague.
Preach father.. I loved Alan Wake and not I'm a grown ass man still not being able to let go of some fear and enjoy a game i thought we would never see.. so thank you
After dying like 30 times to him I just took him the barn at the Mill with Theresa and jumped behind the hay and put 3 arrows in his head while he just stood there

I am quite sure, that the game wil not include Hussite war itself (but most probably many sentiments that led to it). It is confirmed that second game starts immediately after the first game. And Hussite war started almost 16 years later. Time jump that huge would be real nuisance in open world RPG, where player can travel between maps and finish sidequests almost whenever he wants. Besides, Daniel Vávra claimed from the begining, that he wanted to portrait that interesting and troublesome time period before Hussite wars, which is almost unknown (due to being overshadowed by famous hussite history). That red coat of arms with white towers was traditional crest of Prague back then. Not related to Hussites (they used it and slightly altered it later). You are right, that Prague in Hussite war mostly opposed Sigismund (at least most of its parts - there were huge inner fights at the begining). But in the time of the first game, when king Venceslawus was abducted, Sigismund pretended to act in his name. And he held the Prague during that time. I don´t think the guy with mustache is Jan Žižka. Žižka (most probably) lost his first eye as a child according to historians. But I would not be surprised, if we will meet him in the game (and they just don´t want to spoil it in the trailers). The smaller one of besieged castles is theorised to be Nebákov castle. It is just a ruin nowdays, but it is in simmilar position to Trosky castle to what we can see in one shot of the trailer. And drawings of his theoretical appearence are very simmilar to this castle in game. The larger one is theorised to be Suchdol castle. There is a mention of triscalion in the crest of a noble family, that owned Suchdol castle in the time of the game.
They really need to do something about master strikes. In the first game, the optimal strategy that was encouraged by the game after learning master strikes was a completely passive approach; defeating any enemy in single combat is guaranteed as long as you land master strikes. I don't think this approach is realistic (at least when looking at HEMA footage, and historical fencing manuals suggest a far more aggressive approach as well) and more importantly, it's not fun or interesting.
Something you didn't mention but I think an underrated use of the dodge in this game is using it to reposition yourself when fighting multiple opponents. If I feel surrounded I will sometimes do a dodge toward the direction where there are less enemies then disengage and sprint to a better location. Sometimes I'll just do it accidentally too which is nice. I wouldn't recommend the disengage and sprinting strategy when facing multiple enemies if you don't have the sprinter perk or one of them happens to be carrying a polearm because the tackle reach on polearms is insane and do insane damage to the player.
@@ThatOtherGamer skip ahead to 1:20 in my bandit camp video. The dodge trick got me out of the weird sloping woods back onto flatter more open ground for the fight.
I find that staring only at the intended target while drawing the arrow (easy when it's at archery range) and using the mouse to correct Henry's swaying gives you a real sense of accuracy. But I am by no means pr0 with archery in KCD.
You're right about staring at the target,it's what I also eventually do once I'm used to a certain bow. I let Henry sway the bow himself and just focus on releasing the arrow at the right moment, but I play the game with a controller,so your method also works.
A little bit late but, the Master Strike is only "OP" because everything else sucks in Comparsion. Why risk taking Damage while the Enemie Master Strikes your every Attack?
This is more of a guide to optimize the early parts of the game. Don't do the grinds that are shown! You will burn yourself out of the game and then most likely quit, so the gains from the grinds would be useless to you. Instead just play the game normally some main quests here and some side quests there etc.
I want to see a "buck that idiot" horse Perk. You want to ride your horse through the bushes at night or down the side of a cliff... The horse can say screw this and buck that idiot! Like the roan horse. Give them a broke leg arm or neck depending on the stupidity of the rider.
@@ThatOtherGamer Of course, I can't confirm nor deny anything you've said in the video, but I can say you've made some acute observations. We've done a few things in the trailers to intentionally confuse acute observers like you (to avoid spoilers)... so regardless, you're in for a few surprises!
Jan Hus was burned at the stake for heresy in 1415 and the Hussite Wars started in 1419. Considering that KCD1 started in 1403 and that KCD2 is supposed to be set a few months after KCD1 at the farthest, Henry would be in his early 30s at best at the moment of Jan Hus death. It's very unlikely that the Hussite Wars will be depicted in game as both Hans and Henry still look quite young. I'm almost sure that they are keeping this for KCD3.
I think that unknow big castle under the siege could be Hrubá Skála castle (still exist today but looks different). New chatacter is more likely Jan Sokol z Lamberka, not Žižka. We will see. And we probably willnt see Hussite Wars in KCD2. Its nonsence due to game set.
@06:26 in the celebration scene, you get to see the other side of the smaller castle. It's present with the covered gatehouse in the background - or at least I think it's the same. IMO it's likely to be Zámek Hrubá Skála, a castle which lies to the North-North-West of Trosky.
The views of Trosky in the background of the game footage generally match with the modern day photography, despite the significant expansion of the castle and it's re-purposing throughout the centuries.
Kunesh is the only fist fight i took seriously. U learn feints and perfect block after the prologue. Every fist fight after is easy unless ur sadistic and ur punching out armed opponents
