The Channel is dedicated for Sessions related to all aspect of 5G technology. The topics covered in different sessions include Introduction to 5G, 5G Air Interface, 5G Core Architecture, Quality of Service Architecture in 5G, Dynamic Spectrum Sharing, Open RAN, Lawful Interception, 5G Use cases, Deployment Options and many more.
Thank you from America. We have a hidden caste system here. They paywall all important content. But my friends in India post everything technology related for free not just for India but for the world. Thank you 🙏🙏
Thank you so much for this amazing course! It was incredibly helpful and easy to follow. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into creating this content-it's made a big difference in my understanding of the topic. If the PPT can be shared it will be great.
Where does ITU place the Internet of BioNano Things (ioBNT) and the Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) in this framework? Thank you for the presentation.
Super curious to see how this 5G RedCap tech plays out. Could be a big deal for the future of wearables. MediaTek and Samsung collaborating for a great power efficiency.
It is informative and useful. There are two things that needs attention for correction: (1) microphone and sound recording quality is low, and the listeners hear background noises all through the recordings. (2) Another bothering item is the background loud music which takes concentration, and it can be removed. Normally, background music is used to run on short and advertising video clips, not for long and deep technical subjects. Thank you.
if subcarrier spacing is increasing i see from diagram even freq shape is becoming broader mean time is decreasing so we can accommodate more slot and eventually data but in general when frequency increases since time decreases so shape of waveform should be more tangent than it is becoming broader?
Very helpful Mr Kumar! To my understanding Configured NSSAI of V-PLMN(with no standard SST) may have mapping only to Default Configured NSSAI with standard SST. Is it correct ? During registration procedure (Ue registers to a number of NSSAI of Serving-PLMN), no default QoS flow is activated-unlike LTE with default EPS bearer. Is it correct ?
Hello, You have said using microwave as backhaul is not suitable in bad weather conditions. Can you explain pls? Why can't we get high datarate at this band? Because of less available bandwidth?
A DRB is not "a certain number of resource blocks over a period of time". Rather, A DRB is a logical data path within the RAN, between a UE and the gNB. Specifically, a DRB is used between the UE's and the gNB's DSAP layers to exchange user data.
Thank you sir for the detailed session. Can you please explain the difference between a PDU session and Slice? Can we consider IMS pdu session as one type of Slice which can be used for voice services? And Internet PDU session as an other slice for internet, etc..? The slicing concept facilitates more specific requirements to particular UEs according to their need (such as eMBB, URLLC, mMTC, etc..) ? and in case of PDU sessions are common to all users?
Thank u sir for the quality of the presentqtion , but how we can evaluate the slice , if we want to be sure that the slice respect the SLA , what are the metrics that we have to check (i,e QoS flows ??) and thank you
