Как независимые детали крутятся в разные направления и на одном валу? Неужели стоят несколько цилиндрических дифференциалов для наружной конструкции? Внутренняя часть сидит жёстко на валу, а наружная на дифференциалах, и втулках. Два дифференциала как минимум нужно обязательно, желательно и по середине, чтобы облегчить конструкцию - сделав её из более лёгких материалов. Скульптуру под стеклянный навес, и чтобы крутилась от ветра.
I remember this. Whenever the network cut to a commercial they used a video of this sculpture, except the video they used was shot when there was no wind, so it just sat there, not moving. It's a pleasure to see it operating as intended.
