@@ColterDesigns So sorry. Thank you for sharing her light with us through your videos. I found your channel after my wife and I adopted a stray puppy German Shepherd / ? Collie ? mix. Otis is coming up on his 2nd birthday, and he has completely stolen our hearts, just at Nova did yours. Remember the joy you shared with Nova, and know that you will find each other again.

I have been so broked of sadness the last 2 month so i could not even stand. He was my everything! He was my soul, my best friend. Miss him so much!!! They dont live long enough for sure, but i belive does two guys are now healty and feel grat playing together at the rainbowbridge waiting for us both. Rest in peace Sniper x 2 and all of the other to. Take care Max! You got message on fb messenger from me if you want a chat.. I did alot! "Give your Sniper a big hug for me and enjoy every moment with him" Patrick
Hi Patrick! Thank you so much for the comment. I do remember you had your own Sniper boy - so sorry to hear he is now gone too. Time goes far too fast, it's simply not fair. Almost 15 is amazing for a German Shepherd though, you did great for him! I had Nova longer than I had Sniper, she was almost 14 and Sniper was 11 and a half. Two incredible dogs that I would give just about anything to have back. Take good care! Karis
I've had many West German show lines GSD's over the years. Loved each & every one of them. They were all black & reds; beautiful shepherds I must say. Were good on the Schutzhund field as well in the show ring. I must say though, I've always wanted a black one; all black. You're dog is handsome and appears to be well tempered. Great video, the music and pictures were aligned perfectly!
Thank you! I have another black German Shepherd now, Kyros. But I still miss my Sniper terribly. They are fantastic dogs and yes, the solid blacks turn heads wherever they go.
Thank you for learning to ski at Diamond Peak! We're so happy you (finally) made it up to the slopes in winter and hope to see you back again soon. Based on the progress you made in the video, it looks like you'll be skiing the blue runs in no time. There's still time this spring to get in some more practice and solidify those skills.
Yes! I only have one though, she is 12 years old now. The rest of the litter is all alive and well too, except for one we sadly lost a couple years ago to seizures.
I know this is an old video but I cried just watching it. I have 12 GSD puppies that I’ve been taken care of. Bottle feeding them since they were born. I’ve fallen in love with all of them and it breaks my heart knowing I can’t keep them all. It’s hard taken care of them I’m sure you know but it’s well worth it. You did a good job!
Thank you! How old are your babies now? It is the experience of a lifetime, but oh boy be ready for some serious heartbreak when they go to their new homes! I still have Nova from this video, she is 12 now! Everyone is still alive except for our beautiful Barstow. He developed seizures for some unknown reason and had to be put down a couple years ago.
@@ColterDesigns They are 2 1/2 weeks so still tiny. I’m already stressed out knowing I have to give them up. It will be so hard. Definitely bonding with them. I’m keeping 1.
This is an awesome mental higyene!! I am sure it's hard working at the ranch...but how can one be stressed having these beautiful creatures all around?
Hi! There is no need to vaccinate her now, you will only damage her young and undeveloped immune system. Was she orphaned from birth, did she get any of the mother's first milk? If she did, wait to vaccinate until about 9 weeks. If she did not, I would vaccinate at about 7 weeks. And just the parvo vaccine, not rabies yet
