My cat is so spoiled she like has range over our house and does whatever the hell she wants. I can pet my cat's tummy randomly at any point in time. If she doesnt want it she just looks away or doesn't react. If she wants it she'll stretch out so I can pet more of it. I can rub my face on her tummy when she's eating and it doesnt bother her.
