Curtis had an extremely successful career selling tens of thousands of albums prior to reverting back to his love of Jazz. I was unfortunate to buy a ticket for a show unaware of the transition. I lasted 7 numbers before looked for a ledge to jump off. He's hugely talented and it's clear there is an audience for Jazz but half the audience were as surprised as me that he had reverted back to Jazz, and we wouldn't be hearing the versions of songs on the Albums we bought.😢
Don't they sing Who Will You Run to? and All I wanna do is make love to you anymore? They sang more of their obscure 70's songs here rather than more of their late 80's/year 1990 hits. AIWDIMLTY is from 1990. Now Ann has cancer that is being managed and they canceled the rest of the tour this year and postponed it to next year. They were supposed to be at a fair near me on Aug 28 but not now.

It sounds horrible. I hope it just the recording, as I have tickets for the Berlin show later this month. Probably should have heard them 25 years ago, but I don't have a time machine. Oh well.
I love him so much have listened for thirty eight years I have seen him six times live in concert and the best concerts he performed were in croke park he is inspiration to me an younger generations he got me through hard times in my life love him and respect him becuse when the boss is gone we have lost somthing special long live the boss ireland loves you so much we love you
one day, hopefully not to soon, he will leave us and whilst he will physically no longer be with us, his music will never leave. I've listened to Bruce for almost 50 years now. I've passed on that love of his music to my son and if we do that, then Bruce will never really be forgotten.

Me too. I did not notice the e-mail in German. I have been in Berlin for 3 days. The sole purpose was that concert. I would not have taken this trip if not for this concert. Fucking old hags. Thanks for costing med upwards of $1000 and then no-showing.
