Hey heads up, you should not eat corn starch raw, it can cause gastrointestinal issues. To use it for thickening, it has to be heated in liquid, it wont thicken if you don't heat it.

What do they pump out of tomatoes? Tomato paste is not to be eaten raw, you're supposed to cook it out. Otherwise its acidic, sour, and metallic tasting. Tajin is not sweet, it's sour, it's chili and lime powder (with a bit of salt)

Tajin is pronounced like "taheen." Tajin adds a tangy/sour flavor to everything you put it on since it has lime powder. I saw your other video where you said something turned out sour, it's because of the tajin. Great seasoning for some things but be aware that it makes things pretty sour. Also tajin has sodium in it.

You need sugar to feed the yeast. It's how the yeast works. It eats the sugar and produces carbon dioxide which produces bubbles in the dough. You can use sugar even if you're diabetic since the yeast eats it all, it wont be present in the final product.

Yes we use steivia, or some other sweetener, I wasn't aware you absolutely needed it though, I am a horrible diabetic so I'm working on having as little as possible, but I do use the same, thank you for the information!

HISTORY OF ALFREDO DI LELIO CREATOR IN 1908 OF “FETTUCCINE ALL’ALFREDO” (“FETTUCCINE ALFREDO”), NOW SERVED BY HIS NEPHEW INES DI LELIO, AT THE RESTAURANT “IL VERO ALFREDO” - “ALFREDO DI ROMA” IN ROME, PIAZZA AUGUSTO IMPERATORE 30 With reference to your article I have the pleasure to tell you the history of my grandfather Alfredo Di Lelio, who is the creator of “Fettuccine all’Alfredo” (“Fettuccine Alfredo”) in 1908 in the “trattoria” run by his mother Angelina in Rome, Piazza Rosa (Piazza disappeared in 1910 following the construction of the Galleria Colonna / Sordi). This “trattoria” of Piazza Rosa has become the “birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”. More specifically, as is well known to many people who love the “fettuccine all’Alfredo", this famous dish in the world was invented by Alfredo Di Lelio concerned about the lack of appetite of his wife Ines, who was pregnant with my father Armando (born February 26, 1908). Alfredo di Lelio opened his restaurant “Alfredo” in 1914 in Rome and in 1943, during the war, he sold the restaurant to others outside his family. In 1950 Alfredo Di Lelio decided to reopen with his son Armando his restaurant in Piazza Augusto Imperatore n.30 "Il Vero Alfredo" (“Alfredo di Roma”), whose fame in the world has been strengthened by his nephew Alfredo and that now managed by me, with the famous “gold cutlery” (fork and spoon gold) donated in 1927 by two well-known American actors Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks (in gratitude for the hospitality). See the website of “Il Vero Alfredo”. I must clarify that other restaurants "Alfredo" in Rome do not belong and are out of my brand "Il Vero Alfredo - Alfredo di Roma". The brand "Il Vero Alfredo - Alfredo di Roma" is present in Mexico with a restaurant in Mexico City and a trattoria in Cozumel) on the basis of franchising relationships with the Group Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Mexico. The restaurant “Il Vero Alfredo” is in the Registry of “Historic Shops of Excellence - section on Historical Activities of Excellence” of the Municipality of Roma Capitale. Questa trattoria è “the birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”.

These are cooked onions...and peppers. These are definitely not caramelized. Caramelized onions are cooked low and slow for a long time to bring out the sugars (hence the word "caramelized"), until they are deeply golden and sweet and jam-like which takes close to an hour. Saying that you don't have to cook them for long is literally the opposite of how you make caramelized onions.

You have no idea what you are doing. That is not how you make steak. Set steak on counter fo 30 before cooking. Salt pepper both side. Heat cast-iron skillet. Throw in butter and steaks 3-5 minutes per side. Remove and wrap in foil for 5 minutes. Remove and rest for 3 min before cutting.

Apple cider vinegar adds acidity and most definitely does not "eat away at the tartness of the tomato." You're making it more tart by adding vinegar. If you want to take away some acidity from the tomato add a pinch of baking soda. You should cook your mushrooms before you put them in the sauce to get a more meaty flavor and bring out the umami. The mushrooms are going to release a lot of water into your sauce and water it down otherwise. Also, you should cook down your tomatoes more to bring out the natural sweetness and concentrate the flavor. Also, spaghetti squash is much easier to handle if you cut it in 2 halves, roast it, then scrape it out with a fork from the two halves.

Spanish onions are a variety of white onions, not red. Brine does not contain vinegar. Vinegar is for pickling, not brining. The very meaning of the word brine = water strongly impregnated with salt.
