Yo, does anyone know which warbond is worth getting? I bought the freedom's flame because the cookout shotgun looked interesting to me, other than that not much interests me in the pack
Next to the regular Liberator AR, the Stalwart, Sterilizer and Flamethrower it also fits in my category of "Guns that work suprisingly well when blindfired in a state of panic."
I rotate between this, the breaker and the liberator. Im happy with what they have done with the primaries. Although the Assault rifles could still use a bit more of a buff i feel, maybe increase in damage and shots per clip, but theyre ok now compared to before
@leftgamepenethe calculation of balancing is still off, in general there just needs to be more clip ammo and a bit more damage and thrn I think it'll be good enough
So the Spray'n prey Breaker finally does what it says on the packaging, it rips those lil' hunter fucks to shreds. But more importantly you are the _twitchiest_ gamer I've ever seen, good lord its somehow making your Helldiver move faster then mine ever could!
ive always been a user of S&P even before the patch. Im happy it got an upgrade. its ability to shoot flyers has lessen though because of the duckbill nozzle
IMO the handling also needs a buff. Maybe a very slight dmg buff again to make it better than the incendiary breaker. And somehow it still has more recoil than incendiary breaker too.
The new muzzlechoke is a step in the right direction, but recoil wise I think it's okay since it's more focused on cqc than anything distance related. And in my personal humble opinion literally everything is better than the breaker incendiary.
@@hilburnlayton And that’s the only upside. While it also takes more shots to kill. Usually 2-3 times more to kill. So having double the ammo doesn’t really mean much.
I think that the Spray and Pray's upside compared to the regular Breaker and the Incendiary is that now with the wider horizontal spread, you can thin out multiple enemies simultaneously. In theory it could probably become really good on Automaton side too since they don't tend to pile up together like Terminids do and are more spread appart evenly.
Meet the Crossbow, is explosive, so medium armor isn't a problem, closes bug holes, one shots most lesser bugs, and if ammo is a prob run supply pack and literally any support weapon, the game is just that good right now. I tried the spray n pray and the one problem i have, is that it's only good against the small bugs, but it's still good nontheless.
This looks terrible compared to HD2… doesn’t look visceral or dynamic. The lack of reaction animations is disappointing. The only cool thing I see is that the bug bodies stay on screen.
Next update should bring that dead arachnid corpses pile up like in the movie and they plan on reworking the arachnids armor and weak point system. And the roadmap plans on bringing a lot more stuff too like new planets, new enemy types and so on but we'll see. But in the words of Jeremy Clarkson when it comes to HD2 vs this: "This is brilliant, but I like this."
This came out way before he’ll divers and helm divers had a MUCH with BIGGER bigger budget AND SUPPORT. Fuck divers . They straight copied star ship trooper.
this game is actually better in a lot of ways. Extermination has given me more memorable gaming moments than any game I have played in years (including HD2) HD2 does a few things that extermination doesn't, but extermination has: - more bugs on screen - a genuine sense of being overwhelmed - more natural teamwork (even with a team of randoms) AND more teammates - does a better job of making you feel "safe with your team, vulnerable alone" HD2 has: - better player customization and loadouts - bugs AND bots for more gameplay variety - better weapons, gear, and support options - ammo management being a core gameplay mechanic I tend to play more extermination more often and have WAY more fun
@@krazykuz13cmc When it comes to Helldivers 2 then everything you said is pretty much true. But the first Helldivers came out in 2015 and was a more simplistic twinstick shooter back then. And I personally think Helldivers is more "inspired" by Starship Troopers than being a copy since they do bring a lot of own ideas to the table.
@@tyguy6296 I feel like comparing both is like comparing apples with pears. They both have their own kinda style to their gameplay which makes both fun in a different ways. Like you said, ST:E feels more like you play out that Outpost 29 scene in every mission, the base building can make or break a mission hard making the same mission in the same spot feel very different everytime and even with 15 other randos who mostly don't use VOIP it feels more like people are naturally working together because they have to. But Helldivers 1 and 2 feel more like a powerfantasy where you actually feel like Super Earths Eliete. And the stratagem mechanic is just genius in my opinion, because even if thats a rarity, you can pretty much turn yourself into whatever you want (guy with all the airstrikes and barrages, support weapon drop guy, etc) and compared to ST:E it always feels pretty balanced even when you play with less Helldivers because you're just that overpowered sometimes.
Part of the reason I wanted to make this video because every sound design choice in this game is just perfect. The ears ringing when you fire your gun or something explodes, the ambience noises and of course the superb voice acting by everyone in the game.
0:18 The Beast drags Henri into the wall. Henri is facing towards the hole. 0:36 The Beast drags Henri into the wall from behind. 0:51 The Beast drags Henri into the wall from his right. 1:07 The Beast drags Henri into the wall from his left. 1:15 The Beast snaps Henri’s neck. Triggered when he is facing the Beast. 1:37 The Beast bites into Henri’s neck. Triggered when he is facing away from the Beast. 1:54 The Beast drags Henri out of a hiding spot. 2:08 The Beast pulls Henri off of the Pillbox ladder. 2:23 Henri gets bitten to death by a bunch of rats. 2:37 Henri commits suicide by shooting an explosive barrel from point-blank range. 2:49 Henri gets cooked with the help of fire. 3:04 Henri chokes to death. 3:48 Henri pokes his head out of the Pillbox for too long. 4:08 The Shotgunner shoots Henri. 4:30 Henri falls to his death. 5:02 Henri drowns
I like how whenever he dies to something like fire, gas, shotgunner or rats he's not scared, just in pain, but when he gets caught by the Stalker he sounds terrified for his life
Jesus this feels like a fever dream..its like going back in time to the 90s but no ones there and the universe is trying to convey some kind of message to you through the PA system.
