As a film maker of low budget short films, my aim is to show them on here and to let people know what you can achieve with hardly any money. Most of the films are filmed in a day and are different genres. I have my own production page on facebook for these films called andycool productions. I've been making films for 3 years now and i live in cardiff, south wales. I write, produce, film, direct, lighting, edit and do mostly the sound tracks to alot of my films. On only a few early films did i have some help on camera and editing the films. But overall especially from 2019 onwards all films are made 100% by me. For nearly 10 years i have also filmed hundreds of videos ranging from historical re enactments to car shows to animals to music events etc. Anything that i find interesting. Thats where i started off filming at castles and re enactments before making short films. The freedom to make a film and film whats out there and use your own imagination and to show it to people is great.
I am glad to see the Royal Oak Pub is still there . I used to live in Cardiff, Claud Rd, Richmond Rd, City Road , Moved back to Barry in 1985 .I used to go for breakfast in a cafe on Clifton St .

thats good to know. This is one reason why i started filming my walkabout videos because years from now things will change again just like they in the past. We take for granted that buildings and places we often see stays the same forever but in fact they dont.
Great video although it made me a bit sad. I lived off Clifton St from 1980- 1990 and it was lovely, we had Woolworths, Shaws, an iron monger, newsagents, a sewing alterations shop, shoe shops, Dennis Silver the Butchers, fruit and veg shops, an Optitions, hairdressers, Lo cost, Casperjacks the watch shop, pet shop, a functional Police station, the Patrice steak restaurant, now it's depressing, on the odd occasion I drive down there.
@@juicyfruit7995 hi, i think the same thing, that in the past we had many great shops and sadly over the years theyve all gone, the internet hasnt helped by making it easier for people to shop without leaving the house. But at least those of us who was able to visit those shops in the past experienced what we had. This is why im trying to film some places around cardiff and other areas of south wales when i can to highlight life of today and for anyone who does remember that area, could be streets or shops etc that it might bring back some memories. im glad you liked the video. my local area in the 80s had some good shops including a video store which lasted 2 or 3 years after it was burgled twice then had to close down. places come and go and will never be the same again.
@@juicyfruit7995 thankyou, i will do my best to film areas of interest. so many places to film. i always tend to film cardiff ones where im from so its alot of them on my page, but hopefully this sunday im going to monmouth for the first time, so i'll film the shops and town area and the medieval event going on there.

in Germany if the lights are out and not working, it just reverts back to right before left, all those to the right have priority over those on their left, like a normal junction basically and when busy you just work together with those on your right and left to make that proceed smoothly, usually it does. (obviously we drive on the other side here) Pain in the ass though when they go out, as many panic and do not think straight and it is that which causes the most headache more so than the light issue itself should.
