I wondered why you didn't use any of the romantic scenes. I liked seeing a video of only their platonic relationship -- not trying to pretend that I'm not obsessed with them being a couple, FINALLY! -- but it was nice to remember one of the best slow burn relationships since Jim and Pam...and no one was shooting at them😂
I Love this abt the 3 MAIN WOMEN LEAD COPS! BRILLIANT!!! Obviously its what & whom u choose 2 focus on in creating a videos. I personally, don't c Bailey the same. ONLY when she wz gettin out of her marriage 2 her husband & stood up 2 him. I actualy hate her fight scenes & FF them They r so over the top that sadly, they don't come across as believable. She's becum like a caricature & her rel'ship w/ Nolan! Its a show abt cops & these 3 along w/ Bishop & the Captain killed in the 1st season make it BELIEVABLE!! I LOVED ur vision 4 it!!! ❤️ & I LOVE how Lucy has becum friends w/ Harper & Lopez!!! They treat her as a peer & respect her. There's sumthing abt their chemistry 2gether I enjoy!! Even whn they had her infiltrate the female gang & Harper gves L the signal, Lucy comes spoeding in & swiftly turns the car & comes 2 a full stop definitely makin entrance. She changed her voice & asked abt the woman who wz a sister 2 the boy she picked up. Tells her its UPS & has special delivery 4 her & lets her kid brother out, whose in on it. Lucy told her she opened the door 4 him cuz the cops wld've got him. Suddenly Lucy says "They're must b sum dumb genes in ur family" Lopez & Harper smile hearing her. I LOVED how Lucy already in Season 1 wznt scared 2 prank Tim! My fav is when she steals Tim's $$!! The opening scene, Lucy wz gven the most gross job 2 do, when Tim is teaching her where criminals hide things & says "U might want 2 glove up." He tells her at 1 pt, evry cop needs 2 hve a bit of an outlaw in them 2 think like a criminal. They were hunting 4 Hawke, who trained both Tim & Nolan. H says he's NOT goin dwn w/o a fight. Suddenly he had both Tim & Nolan on the ground. Bishop & Chen come taser him etc. The guys r STILL groaning on the ground & sayin they had him. Bishop says "We were supposed 2 bring him in, NOT get in2 a brawl." The last scene, Lucy calls Tim at sum bar w/ their ph. Lucy simply says "U never tell a criminal where u hide ur $$!!!".& tells him when she snuck it off of him. Tim is 1st mad, BUT Lucy just cont'd "I wonder how u're goin 2 pay ur bill?! Mayb u can do the dishes, but u might want 2 glove up." Tim usu cldn't stay mad & wld laugh" But I think he wz also impressed. (Loved...Loved) that u used Harper's scene when she had 2 lead a session or 2, not realizing til later that her friend Coco (her uc name wz still being followed.) Tim even says at 1 pt, in Season 1, as the Rookies become suspects as they were 2 guard the $$$$. $ 200 00O goes missing. Lopez says, "There's no way Jackson did it, that kid is way 2 squeaky clean." He wz really nervous b4 his polygraph. I think Grey wz & the Captain were there. They ask him why he's so nervous. AND suddenly he blurts out that he wz weak & tempted & how he couldn't resist eating a bite of creme Brulee & they just smirk at each other. BUT then Tim says, "There's no way that Lucy did, b/c she would've done it in away 2 not get caught." Bishop says, "It sounds like u're proud of her." Tim says "All I'm saying is that she is smarter than them!!!!". I definitely think what REALLY bonded them wz when Harper & Lopez were trying to help Lucy with what Caleb did 2 her. And Harper told all the cops. "...Lucy is a fighter, & she's going 2 do whatever she can 2 stay alive." The ep in season 3, at the end, Tamara had 2 do an assignment with a woman who wz in a profession that is still very dominated by men & of course showed Lucy. Tamara wz enjoying their dialogue BUT says, I can't use any of it in my assignment. Lucy asks her what she wants 2 know??? I think Tamara must've in her Q: used the phrase, "Fitting in " At the time, it struck me as woman. It still does, when suddenly Lucy says, "I think 'Fitting in' is a trap." She says some very insightful things. How each of these of the 2 women sitting beside her, had 2 learn how 2 carve out their own path 2 overcome the obstacles they faced." And how traits like empathy can been seen as a weakness. She ends up saying, "No guy can 2 do what these women can or is a tough of these women ". On a funny note, I loved when Lopez, Harper & Chen are laughing 2gether when they find this criminal who looks exactly like Tim. They're watching this guy thru the window. Tim says "I don't think he looks a lot like me? Harper responds, "The hell he doesn't." Lopez says but not the smartest guy. Lucy suddenly cracks up & says, "Omg, its Tim & Dim" All 3 of them start laughing!!! Season 1 after Plain Clothes Day, the Rookies are hanging out 2gether at 1 of their usual outside spots filled w/ different food & drink venues. Lucy goes up 2 Tim with an envelope & says, she wanted 2 give him this. He asks her what it is?!?! She says its my evaluation of u. Tim says, "That's not how it works boot." But she knows he won't be able 2 resist opening it. She just walks away & says read or don't read it " & tells Jackson & Nolan 2 hurry & get their stuff. Tim opens it.& tell them it's their bar tab. Lopez & Bishop can't but start but start laughing at Tim & think it's hysterical. I do enjoy moments when we c Luna is tough. & again it's believable. She's been married 2 Grey for 27 yrs!!!! & the wife of a cop, & whose had 2 deal w/ racism all her life & had alcoholic father. But Grey & Nolan soon realize that these guy r selling more than CBD oil. Luna quickly gets in2 the elevator & calls it in 4 backup. But suddenly their 3rd guy appears. She grabs her pepper spray & sprays him in the place & then kicks him hard, where no guy wants 2b. Luna adds "Maybe send an ambulance too." Suddenly he gets out of the elevator crawling & Sgt Grey says, "That's my girl."

What I loved the most!!!!!! I had ALREADY thought, that when Lucy said, "Remind me not to go out on a date wearing a robe. I JUST showed him the world right right now!!!!!" It could've been easily missed. BUT...when I saw Tim shaking his head. I knew he probably thinking EXACTLY what words were written that he was thinking, shaking his head!!!!! "Like how much more can I take?!?!"
It took Tim character a long time to realize it but Lucy is his second chance to have the life he always wanted, and love and care about him the way he needs. She even help him find a way to talk to his sister without arguing.
I think it’s funny Eric and showrunners like to say Chenford was never supposed to happen. And that it was really the fans making it happen. I’m sure Eric and Melissa didn’t mean to have THIS kind of chemistry during the first season. But I think they started planted seeds in the way back in the second season! I think these two are so meant to be endgame, and I’m so happy we will get to witness it!
when you’re so used to caring for yourself it’s feels foreign when someone genuinely cares for you, and loves you. Tim is not used to being looked after by anyone, and having Lucy always with him always worried abt him, it’s foreign to him. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t like it, he just doesn’t know how to enjoy it, and express it. I don’t think he realized what a impact his last rookie would have on him. Especially when she has always supported him, and has never left him. Tim is kind and loving, but he’s still a hardass. Lucy is just showing him that not everyone is out to get him, and that he is worthy of someone who would love him, and cherish him forever. #chenford
Eric Winter is a phenomenal actor, he captures Tim Bradford's tortured soul completely. The array of emotions are so authentic and heartfelt, and Melissa O'Neil is the perfect foil for him, and vice versa. what a well-put together Video. you capture the essence of his performances through your scene clips and the progression of his storyline, through a short video! Well done!
