Electricity and toilets are not visually invasive: it still is possible to make nice pictures of an old building. Anyone that starts an interview with 'My pronouns are" would instantly not get hired by me, shows inmaturity, and mental illness (or they support insanity), sorry but most sane people can tell a person's gender and race without help. There is no need to let people know your pronouns or skin color because you are basically calling them stupid, you are assuming people can't tell, or even worse.. you assume people CARE. Gender, race and sexual orientation mean NOTHING and have no value during an interivew, only experience matters, its the only relevant information that should be given.
