Teo Chew Opera in California began with a group of people originally from China and left to Cambodia and Vietnam during war. They love Teo Chew Opera and hope to pass down to next generation. Unfortunately, the 2nd generation of Teo Chew Association don’t suppose Opera Performance or drumming group. Regardless of people banned our group, we still continue sing Teo Chew Opera and play our drums every Tuesday night 8-10 pm and Sunday 2-5 pm at 10428 Rush St. El Monte, CA
