Ended up getting a 90%... is ripasso covered by the WSET 2's latest specification? I've had ripasso wines before, which is how I knew the answer... but I don't recall seeing it in the book. Same with reduction... the three wine faults I see in the book are cork taint (TCA), heat damage, and oxidation.
Start from the begining. Videos have made in order of the book, with few exceptions. Let me know what questions you have. There is plenty questions on the begining. Start watching videos, and read the book, do mock exams. This will start to clear up and make more sense. Stay Thirsty and Wise.

Something I found helpful while I was starting to learn how to pronounce the names of grapes and regions is free 🆓 online application Forvo. Write the word you want the pronunciation for, and it will give you a button that you press and it pronounce the word in local accent and English. Stay Thirsty and Wise

You will notice that European wines, in this case Vouvray, are named by the location (region or smaller subregions), and not by the grapes as in wine regions outside Europe. To answer your question, Vouvray is the name of the appellation/village that is made by Chenin Blanc grape. Please let me know if this is clear. Stay Thirsty and Wise
