Do you ever make short videos for children? Especially those with no attention span whatsoever? Lol. I'm teaching meditation class for melinated children and trying to get them interested in seated qi gong to do for the rest of the semester.
Rarely have i made videos for children due to the RU-vid requirements. i have shown some tools we use with younger children from our live demonstrations. there are some things that can be done. video for beginners is rare
