I have this ball and use it in my Sport League with great success. It seems to work on any pattern. I have played the one board with it on short patterns or down and in on medium and long patterns. And yes, it really shoots the pins around even on light hits and does make a loud crack sound when it strikes.
This shows independent of all other variables like lane surface, lane oil and coverstock, how fast the ball's core will respond to friction. it's a standardization.
Excellent review showing the importance of changing the surface of the bowling ball. I was able to get one prior to release day and went with 70x4x40. This and the Katana Assault are my favorites.
"The Mo Pinel Heritage Series” releases. This line will consist of never before seen cores and some of Mo’s favorites. This is definitely very much alike Mo's Mania Awakening core; glad to see it honored. Would love to see you throwing & comparing a Frenzy or Mania against the Innovator.
Like your review about the core not pulling the ball off your hand. Have had some balls trying to fall sideways off the hand when on approach & standing ready. Bowling mates thought I was crazy, even wife did until I had her experience it herself. This ball & Trail Blazers are retired & selling at deep discounts; how would you rate this & TB solid? Already have TB hybrid.
Interesting comparison with the Trail Blazer. Judging by the numbers, I thought they would be pretty much the same ball. I am glad to see the Outer Limits looks better, as the Trail Blazer was kind of a head scratcher for me.
30 x 3.75 x 35. I used a determinator to figure out where the moment arm is then knocked 45* off the drill angle to drill the thumb in between 2 of them.
I had mine drilled yesterday. Using the hybrid for the 1st time in the morning. I hope it will give me a little versatility and compliment my Legion solid. We will see. Thanks for sharing.
