I have a valid H4 visa but i want to travel to Australia and my passport has not been stamped. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS. Can i apply for my passport to be stamped in Australia or will i have to go to my home country India to process that further. Or will i be able to re enter US without the stamp but the valid renewed H4 visa!?

For this year my H-1B got approved and then my employer revoked my H1B bcoz my contract got ended with the client. 1) My contract with the client will get ends on Aug 16 but my employer emailed me on Aug 12 stating : This will directly affect your H1B petition. (Application status is in still Pending) 2) H1B approved on Aug 20 3) Before revoking my H1B visa, my employer did not give me the time to transfer or to hold it up. Instead he directly revoked it. 4) Now the status is showing as "CASE WAS AUTOMATICALLY REVOKED on Aug 22" 5) Do I need to go to H1B lottery again for 2025 year? 6)

Hi Sir few days back when i went for the h1b interview they didn't ask anything just said your i 129 is revoked dint your employer inform you, actually neither i nor my employer received any mail and al so my status of i 129 is showing approved still today,we dint do any multiple registration, what must be the reason please advise thank you
Everyone on EB2 and 3 with priority dates in 2014 check visa bulletin after 3 years , 2015 guys check visa bulletin after 2030 for the next decade or so. PD in 2016 and above dont waste your time, you will die before you get a green card.
